Best Western Leesburg Hotel & Conference Center

Late night check in, night auditor very friendly, professional, inquire if I have BW rewards or other for discount. I was very tired having driven 300 miles, but, being treated with pleasantry really meant a lot to me.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, plenty of parking, convenient location and clean.
I wasn't sure at first because it looks a bit dated from the outside. I'm happy I wasn't fooled by first looks.
The room given is cozy, clean, up to date and slept like it was my job.
The breakfast is wonderful too.
There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The parking lot is well lit too.
I will definitely stay here before I stay in any place around.

My stay here was very pleasant, and all the staff are polite and very helpful and make you feel very welcome, and comfortable. Especially the breakfast they have every morning, Daniela makes the best eggs made to order. The rooms are very comfortable. It's a very quiet place. Does get a little busy on the weekends to be expected. I would definitely recommend to anyone to make reservations with Best Western in Leesburg.

This is a nice, quiet hotel with 90% of staff top-notch, friendly and outgoing. Location is perfect; we enjoyed our stay...with the exception of one front desk employee named Ramon who was there at check-out!

First the positives, all in time order----I'm a frequent Platinum Level guest so I know when making a reservation on-line, you're rate choices are: corporate, AAA, Military, Rewards Points, or....the 'Best Rate'. I'm a AAA member but I find that choosing the 'Best Rate' is best. You always need to call the hotel directly to check the availability of a dog friendly room with an adjoining room for my mother. (You can't do this on-line).

Santosh was extremely professional and helpful. I told him I'm checking availability for those rooms first, then I'd confirm with the wife and call him back in 15 minutes. He himself went to check the 2 rooms he had in mind!! That's dedication!! I called back and booked the 2 rooms under the 'Best Rate' that he saw as well ($79.20).
I informed him that I have 2-$50 Best Western Gift Card Vouchers with ID's and PINS that I need to apply as they expire at the end of this month. He correctly told me I need to provide that info at check-in since they can't process those Gift Cards with the Rewards Corporate site while on the phone with me. I knew that to be the case and was fine with that. I asked Santosh if he was working the following day so I could meet him. He said he leaves at 3 PM

I arrived the next day, 11/26, before 3 and asked the gentlemen working the desk if he was Santosh. He said no; he very efficiently and courteously started checking us in. Santosh was within earshot and came out of the office. I can't remember the name of the guy with the bluish tint in his hair at the front desk but he was VERY good with the system and had a great personality. They worked together to input the 2- $50 Gift Card values into their system and told me that the overnight person, or possibly the 'night auditor' would file the actual claim with Rewards Corporate. OK?!?

While loading the vehicle to leave I saw a third guy at the desk (Ramon) several times while walking through, the 'NIGHT TIME GUY' and wondered why he kept his face buried in the screen without saying a word to multiple customers walking through. I soon found out why!!

He printed my receipts for the 2 rooms that did not have the gift card values deducted. When I came back to the desk, he told me that I was unable to use the gift cards because I got a discounted rate! He refused to listen to the obvious point that my reservation was made on THEIR site at the 'Best Rate' because that's the way the website is set up. There's no rate class that says 'Screw The Customer On Rate That Desires To Redeem a Corporate Gift Card'. Gift Cards are treated as cash and are deducted from the totals for the 2 - $79.20 rooms after including taxes/fees and a $35 pet fee.

He insisted I got a discounted rate and these cards can't be used, BUT....he'd cancel the stay, rebook the completed stay at his subjective/variable higher price, then accept the gift cards. What an idiot!!

When I requested the hotel manager, he tried continuing. Wouldn't listen to common sense!!

When an extremely competent manager (Mirtala) came out I showed her my original notes with Santosh showing his name, pricing, both Gift Card vouchers with ID #'s and PIN's and the receipts that Ramon handed me that did NOT have the deductions. I reminded her that these vouchers expire in 3 day. She was SO professional and knowledgeable!!! She processed the Gift Card Redemptions with 'Rewards Central' right in front of me, instructed Ramon to go make copies of the vouchers and when she had her back turned to him when he walked away to do his chore, he thought it wise to give me his 'hateful eyes' look and similar body languages. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

My last words were a sincere thank-you to Mirtela and a worthless piece of coaching to Mr. Man that listening to a customer is fairly important, especially in sales or hotel management! Being defiant and repetitive don't work!

I had a good stay even though its only a night. Room is clean, service is good, very impressive electrical charging area. Will come back if there’s a chance.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay recently at the Best Western in Leesburg, Va. The gentleman, Elijah, at the front desk was friendly and helpful. That is not always a given in the hotel industry. Kudos to him. The ladies cleaning the rooms were friendly when I encountered them in the hallway. Sometimes a simple smile or hello makes all the difference after a long day of travelling. So both them and Elijah helped me feel like I made the right decision in choosing your hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Didn't hear to much noise in the hallway during my stay. The breakfast in the morning was good. They have what you need to get your day started. I will definitely book again at this hotel next time I'm in the area. Clean rooms and friendly staff make all the difference.

We needed a comfy nice safe place to rest overnight during our move, this place was all we asked it to be. If we ever move south again we will stay here.

I attend Weekend Memories regularly at this Best Western and the majority of the time have been pleased. The conference room is comfortable and the rooms are pleasant and suited for our needs. I wish the coffee were back out in the lobby, but, hopefully, that will happen soon. The people at reception were welcoming and very friendly. Very delightful experience.

Was highly impressed by this hotel. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. The rooms though a little dated were clean and comfortable. Very cold air conditioning. They had a small fridge of things to buy though many things are close. They had a few shuttle to the airport. Their breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, smoked sausage, bagels, little of everything. They also had a nice area outside for smoking and drinking as it is in wedding area it was a great place to hang out each evening. Great price as well! Thank you so much

Great hotel. I would definitely stay there again. I did not know the area and the front desk clerk was nice and helpful. I noticed that all of the staff spoke to me with a smile. You don't see that in northern Virginia. The breakfast was fresh and had a better than average selection. Fresh coffee and tea were available all day. I did not use the shuttle they provided but it was a new van. The main thing I noticed was the rooms are larger than most and clean. I will stay here again when I am in the area. Easy location to get in and out of.

Was going to do four stars, as the breakfast was a little disappointing during this visit, but the hotel's customer service was so above average that it more than compensated for the breakfast. Special shout out to "Nicole" and "Samuel" of their staff. Also, really really liked the comfort of the beds, though I realize that comfort is a very subjective thing.

Clean, good price, great service. We got in late, very late so we called ahead to let them know, they were fine with it. We needed a crib and they had it waiting in our room with extra sheets when we got there. The first thing I noticed, room smelled clean and was warm. Bathroom was clean. We were able to walk in, put our baby to bed, and laydown. Gave us a late checkout per our request. Great service.

Stayed here for a friends wedding and it was GREAT ! All staff were very nice and even in the middle of the night with the wedding staff non sense :) , The overnight lady at the front desk was very sweet and patient with us and always available. Breakfast A+ !!

Had a recent two-night stay in this hotel, with a group there to celebrate a wedding. The hotel was clean and neat. The breakfast was wonderful, with something for everyone, and a plentiful supply. Even 'though near the highway, the hotel was very quiet....unless someone was talking in the hallway. The staff was courteous and fixed any glitches immediately. Perhaps the tvs could be upgraded, but since I wasn't there to watch television, I would not say it detracted from my stay. Great place!

As expected for a Best Western, which is too say great value for the price. Rooms were clean and breakfast was hot, staff was friendly and location was convenient.

I stayed at this Best Western because the company I had a class with had corporate rates. I was more than pleasantly surprised! The staff was incredibly nice and always willing to help with whatever problems may come up (although none did!) Ray, the shuttle driver, offered to take us to the grocery store if needed and also delivered us to the class and picked us up. The class was about 20 miles away. I was so impressed with their service. I will definitely stay here again if needed!

The staff went way above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. The bed seemed hard at first but I slept really well all three nights I was there. And the hot breakfast was delicious!

I cannot recommend this location enough!!!! I stayed here continuously for three months from 2/16 to 5/16 while working in Leesburg. I stayed in multiple rooms and on both floors and will have to say I never had a bad, or even an average, room. From the front desk staff to the maintenance crew to the housekeeping staff you could not have asked for a better, more dedicated crew to take care of you! Some may be put off by the number of commercial pickups and cars in the parking lot thinking it would be Leesburg party central. Trust me, after about 8 PM "quiet as a tomb" would be loud by comparison. This hotel is clean, comfortable, well located, and safe. If you are staying in Leesburg and this hotel is not at the top of your list you are doing a tremendous disservice to yourself!

The shuttle and front desk staff were wonderful. They coordinated our pick up at White Ferry and the shuttle driver waited until we got there after having one bicyclist have an issue. They provided a place to wash our bikes and a locked placed to store them.

The room was a good size. The hotel has a washer and dryer for longer stays. The front desk even helped me out when I ran out of change and let me pay them back when I got to an atm. It was a wonderful stay. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but other than that it was nice.
