Absolutely LOVED it there. Took my husband there for his birthday. The staff was very professional and polite. Our server was very nice, polite, and very professional. We loved our food, I had the BLT salad with a side of shrimp and my husband had the steak and shrimp with a loaded bake potato. Everything was great, I would go back

I loved the service here, the music was a very old country-ish style and didn't fit the atmosphere but I enjoyed listening to the old music it really took me back a little bit while talking and eating.

Again the service was wonderful and I wish I could see her again, she was great! But she did forget to take the bacon off my loaded baked potato amd the onions off my burger, I'm glad she didn't-
I got to try something new even though I'm picky

It was a very nice place; we had a great time our waiter was very friendly and polite. The food was very good; our fries 🍟 were delicious and crunchy and the burgers were delicious and nicely done.

went for lunch. i had NY strip medium well with blue cheese and portobello mushrooms added and a tempura lobster tail. my side was steak fries. my wife had the caprisa pasta with chicken. her son had tater tots and babayback ribs. we also had onion rings for appetizer. they also gave us bread and butter. food was really really good. expensive but if you are at short pump towne center and feel like a splurge this would be a good idea. servers were attentive and quick to refill drinks. place is attractive and clean. we will return for a special occassion or maybe another splurge day.

First time here, and it was delicious! The steak was cooked perfect and seasoned well. Staff and manager were great! I will be back. This place is one of my new favs.

OMG.. visited my son and granddaughter for Christmas. We went Christmas Eve and this place was great. The ribs, the ribs, the ribs were fall off the bone good. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Atmosphere and staff were top notch. Looking forward to going back.

This was far most the best experience restaurant I have ever been to in my life! Our server Yuliana was excellent! She deserves a raise or really a promotion! She was always on point making sure drinks were filled and we didn’t need anything else! This restaurant deserves a 10/10 must try again! Good atmosphere/ customer service and food! We will be back! They messed up my bf entree but the manager lawrence was a amazing and fixed everything and gave us free desert and another entree to go ! Was an amazing experience

Return visitor and I sat in Earl’s “VIP” section. He makes the experience great! Made sure we had everything and was very friendly! Food was excellent and definitely recommended!

Absolutely phenomenal! Best steak I've ever had, hands down. The waitress was very nice and accommodating, and made sure to check in just at the right time. If go you, make sure to get the philly cheese steak rolls!

What a great Valentine's dinner we had tonight! The filet mignon steaks were cooked perfectly and everything else we had was amazing! Cher was our waitress and our wine glass was never empty! Cher and the other staff were very pleasant and as a team, did a really good job taking care of us! We definitely recommend this awesome restaurant!

Delicious food, definitely worth a visit.

This was my very first visit and thoroughly enjoyed it! The Bacon Deviled Eggs were delicious!!!! My steak was tender, cooked just right to medium well with a loaded baked potato. The pasta with chicken forgot the name was great! The sauce was smooth, creamy and had lots of flavor. First visit, but not my last.

Amy was absolutely amazing. Having been in the service industry myself, I am very picky about my service but she went over and above with us. And while we were eating, I noticed the manager, Nicholas, praising the staff for the job they were doing. Just overall a really wonderful experience. I can’t say enough good things about this place. You won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed a great meal at Firebirds, as usual, the food did not disappoint. Even though they were short staffed and busy, Felisha went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. She was very attentive and took great care of us. The atmosphere and food here are always fantastic!
