RHSD is the absolute best! I’ve never experienced better customer service at any sort of business. I’ve been coming here for years and always look forward to seeing the folks here. Ashley is kind, warm, & a rare, welcome person to see early in the morning (her son also makes cool music!). Dr. Grady is experienced, efficient, & professional! Claudette is lovely to talk to & does great cleanings. Dr. Duhring & Jonathan made my quadruple wisdom tooth removal comedic & accommodating as I had just broken my knee cap three days prior to the surgery. I left the office today reflecting that I always leave in a brighter mood. The atmosphere is great but more importantly, the folks at RHSD are kind and truly, deeply care about what they do, and it shows.

I’ve always been petrified of the dentist, but after my first visit years ago to RH Smile Design, I totally relaxed. The staff is awesome - friendly, skilled and gentle. It’s a great atmosphere, too. Very spa-like and calm. If you’re looking for a dental clinic that you can trust and who instills confidence, they should be your go to.

I have been a patient here for many years. I love Dr. Grady and staff. I always get commended on how well I take care of my teeth. I've done Invisalign, had 2 crowns done and cleanings every 6 months and it's always a pleasant experience.

Where to start? Everything is wonderful at Round Hill Smile Design. Starting with the beautiful location and spa setting inside. You feel like you're visiting a friend who happens to be an expert at teeth. Great service with qualified professionals who don't overcharge.

This is Steve posting, not Cindy my wife, as it looks like her Account is what is showing at the top of the screen for this survey. Just had an appointment this morning with Dr. Duhring. As usual she did a fabulous job!! Her caring, personable demeanor and her exceptional skills are a combination that cannot be beat. Absolutely it continues to be the best dental care I've had in my 66+ years of having teeth! 😁 Also would like to give a shout out to her newly hired Dental Tech, I unfortunately forgot her name , she was great!

The dentists and staff at Round Hill Smile Design are fabulous. I’ve had a significant amount of dental work done elsewhere, and the quality of service received at Smile Design is 100 times better than I’ve ever had elsewhere. All of their equipment is new and they use the most modern advanced dentistry practices. I highly recommend Round Hill Smile Design!

I grew up the daughter of a dentist and my father took care of my teeth for the majority of my life. As a result of this and the fact that I have had significant dental needs due to receding gumlines and super sensitive teeth, I have had a fear of seeing other dentists. The hygienists at this place are very gentle and do a great job. Although I haven't had any needs from the dentist at this place yet, each one I have seen seems competent.

The nicest staff and dentist I have ever encountered. I was a nervous, anxious mess for my first dentist visit in almost a decade but the entire process was painless and incredibly reassuring. I am so happy to have found this practice.

I had a really bad pain in my tooth and they were able to see me quickly and resolve the issue. I haven’t been to a dentist in years and since coming here I have had no cause for concern. I have even signed up my kiddos to start coming here!!! Awesome people here

I have had bad experiences all my life with dentists. I need to write a review here though because I have had a 💯 positive experience with Dr. Duhring. From the novocaine shots to my bone graft, it was all a good experience. She is kind and gentle and really knows her skills well. Thank you Dr! I can now feel at ease to be able to get my mouth back it to top shape.
As for the staff, they are helpful and very professional. Always there to answer any questions you need answered and if they don’t know the answer they will find it and call you back.
The office is small and quaint, and is very clean and smiles everywhere.

Very timely and extremely. I’m 56 years old and have sat in a lot of dentist chairs in my life. I’ve been going to Round Hill Smiles for a year now and have never experienced such a thorough, and enjoyable experience. They are professional across the board! Thank you Round Hill Smiles staff.

I love this office!!! Dr. Grady is amazing and they got me in fast for tooth pain!! Unfortunately, my tooth was not able to be saved so they called an oral surgeon to see if they could get me in right away! I love both dentists at this office! I wish we found them sooner!!
