AT&T Store

Alicia was SO helpful. While this store can't do everything, they definitely go above and beyond to assist their customers. Sometimes you end up staying at a place like this for a while for that help and learn things like their favorite burrito 😂 but had a great time with Alicia's help and patience, and keeping us patient. Definitely glad we don't have to drive all the way to Leesburg!

It took a long time because of the previous carrier, but you did not abandon me. The special treat came when you placed a picture of my beloved senior dog on the cover. You even saved me $ on the purchase of accessories by figuring out the best way to use a discount. The teamwork between you & RJ was very smooth. Customers were greeted as they entered. No one was ignored. It was a pleasure to watch you both deftly juggle a sudden rush of customers. You were both knowledgeable, professional and patient. As a result, customers were calm, not stressed...knowing they were acknowledged & their needs addressed. Good job Shane & RJ.

Great customer service that beats calling! We popped into the store the day after Christmas due to an issue activating a new phone.

After only a few words of describing the issue, Alex diagnosed the issue, and he knew exactly how to get us on the right track. It took him only a few minutes all while managing a few other customers.

Thanks to Rock who helped my fiance and I out so thoroughly! We were stressed and getting our phone numbers switched to different devices and he just walked us through the whole process so quickly and professionally! He even stayed working with us a bit after the store closed just to make sure we were all set!!

Alejandro and his team were extremely helpful to my husband and I last weekend. We had multiple questions and they were patient, professional and helpful. I usually go to Leesburg or Reston for cellphone needs, but these guys provided excellent customer service ( something hard to find these days) and I’ll be going here from now on.

I just upgraded my phone and I was dreading it because it’s always been a hassle. Alex made the transfer unbelievably simple! Rock and Ben were extremely helpful as well. I bought a hotspot and they set up everything to where I just turned the device on and it immediately connected. This team at the Purcellville store is rock solid! These guys are an incredible team!!

The team over at AT&T in Purcellville has been amazing as of late. Alex, the new store manager, is always readily available to help. I had some MAJOR issues with my phone billing and he helped resolve it. Anytime I have questions, he’s ready to help. He is honest about what would work best for me in my life and for my family instead of just trying to rip me off. Kim is always there as well and truly knows what he’s talking about to assist as well. They are both ready to help and with a kind smile. Alex even went above and beyond and called me to check on my billing when I was having issues. This is one of the most competent managers that they’ve had in a while. The previous manager was also good but Alex and his team is top notch

I’ve been dealing with this store for years and they’ve been great every time I needed help or a new phone. They’re super knowledgeable and completely focused on meeting the needs of the customer. Can’t say enough good about things about how they present themselves.
