Candlewood Suites Washington Dulles Sterling, an IHG Hotel

I have stayed at Candlewood numerous times. The cleaning staff is detailed and very helpful. The front desk staff is always professional and quick to accommodate during my stays. Adam Gray has been wonderful and is always helpful during my stays there. The location is accessible to many shops and resturants.

I am currently lodging here as I am working on an out of town project. I will be here for several more months. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Amy, the sales manager, is friendly and very helpful.

Had to stay here unexpectedly two nights ago. Excellent place.
Room was spacious and clean.
Great location, with endless amounts of restaurants to choose from within walking distance.
Shoutout to Adam at the reception, who did an excellent job and was very helpful.

Vey Hygiene well maintained. I stayed here for 6 days, the suite is attached with full equipped kitchen with utensils. You can find chillies and chick-fila in walkable distance. Had a pleasant stay.

This Hotel is very nice. It has kitchenettes, and the staff have been friendly. Everyone I've encountered has been beyond helpful. Highly recommend this place.

This hotel was very nice. Free laundry and exercise rooms, very clean, friendly staff. Everything has been great in our stay here. The rooms have a fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. This has been hugely convenient to us! The room is spacious and comfortable. The only critique we can think of is that the TV doesn't have a DVD player, but that's not even important. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

The staff were perfect; very friendly at check in and check out. The welcome gifts were a pleasant surprise; chap stick and breath mints. The room was nearly perfect. Only 2 minor issues with the room. The shower curtain had mold stains and the bedside electric outlets were difficult to access, deep behind the side table. This was my second visit to this hotel and I will likely be staying there again. Love candlewood.

Checked in late at night. Completely seamless simple process. Keys locked in lock box and waiting on me. I'm here working. Hotel is clean and quiet. Love the fact that I have plenty of room to work and a separate area to eat. Looking forward to fixing meals so I don't have to eat out. Super convenient location with shopping and food in close proximity. Easy access. Will definitely be looking for these in the future for my work trips.

I've stayed for about 3 months in this hotel. The staff is awesome. Ronald. Brenda, Maria Lorena..everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, I will continue to utilize this hotel

My Son and I came To Candlewood suites to visit his only daughter/ my granddaughter. And when I tell you the room was played out !It was played out from a fully furnished kitchen. With a big refrigerator a big microwave a big dishwasher full of clean dishes and utensils.and a bit stovetop range. The beds were made up so beautiful in white fluffy linen and the bathroom was fully stocked with pretty fluffy white wash clothes and medium hand towels and large bath towels.a nice huge mirror on the wall and fancy shampoo- conditioner-shower gel.and the water coming from the faucet was very very clear! Our company uses this hotel exclusively when we are working in the Sterling Virginia area. The hotel has recently done some remodeling to keep the facilities and rooms current and fresh. Our crew appreciates the kitchenettes in their rooms, as well as the complimentary breakfast and coffee, and laundry facilities when they are working away from home. The rates are competitive and the front office staff is always helpful and willing to do whatever they can to make their stays comfortable. I highly recommend The Candlewood Suites-Sterling to all who need a place to stay in the area! Big shout out to Ronald Ramirez for all of his efforts on our behalf!

Excellent room especially for the price. Note that you get a full kitchen but no free breakfast. If you stay several nights, you room is cleaned weekly not every night. It is popular with out-of-town construction workers who seem to go to bed early, leave early and do not make noise. Limited parking near entrance but significant parking " behind" the hotel.

Inexpensive hotel is convenient to IAD Airport, is very clean, excellent size suite rooms with nice kitchenette/large fridge/microwave/stove. Definitely a step up if you are staying in the Sterling/Dulles area for a few days. Free industrial washers/driers are a bonus plus a Walmart (with fantastic grocery area) within walking distance (2 blocks away). During COVID, masks required by all workers and customers while in public areas and halls.

The rooms are nice and spacious and well kept. IHG members are rewarded nicely by the hotel staff and the hotel staff is courteous and efficient. The rooms have a full kitchen and there is a wal mart nearby so it's easy to make your own meals. The gym is large, has pull up bar and free weights which is great. Also the prices are low compared to other hotels in the area! Worth the stay!

Good Service. Hygiene well maintained. Walmart at walkable distance. Candlewood also offers rooms with kitchen. I stayed here for a month. Clean and good fitness center within the hotel premises

Room is new! Elaine helped us with everything, fast check in, and very sweet gal! Will definitely come back! It was an amazing experience and superb customer service! The price is reasonable and definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Elaine for the amazing service!

I've been at the hotel for over a year now, the hotel and staff are exceptional. Not sure what others are complaining about as I've not witnessed any of this in 16 months so I thought an opinion from a regular, would actually say tenant, finds the place very comfortable. My standards are rather high, when traveling I stay at Crowne's, Marriott's, Westin's etc. This is an extended stay hotel, certain amenities are relinquished for that reason. When you consider the rate and the included room features it is a very nice hotel indeed!

The front desk staff, Abe, is quite helpful, pleasant and courteous. The rooms are well clean as well as the lobby. If you have the kitchenette, and need something, he will try and find it for you or something comparable. It's near a SUPER Walmart!!!

Great location, clean, well equipped and very friendly. It is a real perk being able to do your laundry for free when you stay here. There is a Wegmans, Walmart and a mall all in close proximity and when you are here for an extended business stay a real necessity.

This was by far the best Candlewood I have ever stayed in.
I usually stay away from Candlewood's because they tend to be cold, uncomfortable and kind of 'run down'. This hotel is going to make me rethink staying with Candlwood in the future. Rooms were clean and modern. It seemed they were recently updated, which was awesome! Internet speed was decent. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was actually carpet in the room! I have been in some Candlewood's that had hard flooring surfaces throughout the room which are cold and uncomfortable. I definitely recommend staying at this location and will stay here in the future.
