Rob made it so easy to get in my new Jeep Wrangler, explained everything as we went and had it waiting in the service bay freshly cleaned with new plates for me when I was done. And selling my old Jeep was just as easy!

We sold 4 cars at this location so far from 2016 and it was always a pleasant experience & really gotten a better deal compared to other companies buying used cars. Representatives are always helpful and it has some refreshments option as well. Processing time may be a bit longer but its also because they are quite busy with a lot of customers buying/selling cars.

We arrived without an appointment on a busy day so had enough time to look over the stuffed lot of vehicles to find a great selection from the best variety around our area. When we seen our sale member, he brought each of the three vehicles from our selection and gave us the time needed with each to make an informed no rush decision.

Good service. Forward and easy to deal with. Cars are a bit over priced though so make sure you do yourbresearch before you go buy. They don't negotiate on pricing but some models are higher than what u can find at other stores. But they're trade values are higher than anywhere else so it's a balance I guess.

Great experience with Christina! We chatted while the appraisal was being done on my car and time flew by! Good offer which was good for 7 days. While I wasn’t buying, I did notice they had a large selection of nice looking vehicles.

Had some challenges with a vehicle purchase and was disappointed with my initial customer service experience. I contacted the corporate office for help they were very responsive in assisting me resolve the issue. when I returned the first vehicle and purchased a replacement, it all went smoothly and was a very positive experience.

Sometimes thing don’t always go perfectly but I give 5 stars to both corporate and the dealership for making the effort to make things right, which showed me they value quality customer service. Not all businesses will do that so I give credit where credit is due. I am a satisfied customer and would go back again if I needed their services.

My salesperson Sing was great to work with and made buying my vehicle easy. On the downside my vehicle could have been cleaner and there was a crack in the windshield on the passenger side.

I came in Friday afternoon to sell a 2017 Lexus RX 350. The entire process went quickly smoothly and flawlessly.

The online estimate I received before walking in was honored after they looked at the car and it was in my estimation a fair valuation.

I think CARMAX is about as well run and professional as can be especially since there is no sales going on From the CARMAX person when you’re selling them your car.

They don’t push you to go buy a car out on the lot.

They simply look over your car and then, if you agreed to the valuation , hand you a check.

Excellent service. Honest and credible. Bought my vehicle with a few glitches needed to move. They said when I got settled in my new house they would take care of me. Three months later I called they had me drop it off. I pulled into the service center 10 minutes later drove off in a loaner car. They called a couple days later it was fixed. I pulled into the service center 10 minutes later I'm back in my vehicle. Everything was fixed. I can't say enough about Car Max if I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks Car Max. I had a high mileage car that just got out of warranty and I was interested in getting a more reliable, smaller 4WD. I got my appraisal and walked the lot. But I found the car, a Honda HRV that was 8 years old, but only 19000 miles, so I had them ship it from KY to VA. I knew how much I needed to pay for the car (no loan) and unloaded all of my personal items from my old SUV. That way I was ready when they said the car arrived and was ready. That week happened to have two snowstorms in VA, but the car arrived safely and the transaction took 45 min at the CarMax location. Faster than any of my other 7 car purchases. Way to streamline the car buying process!

This was the fifth car I have purchased from Car Max over the last 15 years. If you prefer certainty in your car deals this is a good place to do business - I knew the exact price for the purchase and exact value of my trade, no balancing one off against the other. While the vehicles are premium priced the quality is higher and you get the 5 day buyers remorse clause along with a 30 day warranty. My salesman was polite, positive and prompt. He was good to work with and handled all details with skill. There was a problem with the DMV computer so my tag transfer would not go through. No problem, they loaned me a dealer tag till my paperwork went through - then I sent the tag back via Fed Ex in the envelope Car Max provided.

Best online quote. When I got to the dealership it was quick, polite and easy. Reception did the paperwork and the tech reviewed car and removed plates and toll pass. Soon the paperwork and check were in my hand. In and out in less than 30 mins. Recommend this service.

The sales person I worked with Robert is freaking awesome and a pleasure to work with. Their prices are going to be a bit higher but I believe it’s worth it after having bad experiences with other small dealers. If you end up going to this carmax definitely try to see if rob is there he made my experience good.
