We stayed at Sunrise Resorts PH4 and it was absolutely beautiful the condo was up to date and gorgeous with gorgeous views out of every window and every door of different areas. I love how peaceful and relaxing the property is.NextHome Beach Time Realty is so easy to deal with direct /prompt communication and the privacy plus respect you receive while on a vacation with your family. Everything from check in to check out was just easy to me vacation should be no other way. We will be back in June! Hope to stay through ya'll again 🙂

We cannot thank Danyell and the Nexthome team enough for all their ongoing help with the rental of our condo. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is friendly and efficient. We are so glad to have them as our property agent and would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Look forward to catching up with you again when we return to Florida in September.

Our stay at this lovely condo was perfect. It was very clean, good beds, showers were great and the location was perfect. This newly redecorated condo was beautiful inside and out. It is conveniently arranged with a top notch kitchen and plenty of space for guests. The views were priceless and we were only feet from the beach. In addition, the other folks spending time at Sea Breeze were friendly and very nice to visit with. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Beautiful place! Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The beach is top notch... Not crowded.... Nice sand and water for swimming. The pool and area are superb. Nice boardwalk for walking through immaculate grounds. Our unit was on the waterway. We watched dolphins from the deck. Music can be heard easily from entertainment venue across the waterway. The condo was very well equipped and clean. Nice to watch the sunrise in the morning. Would definitely stay again. Oh yes and the gate keepers were very friendly!

We had an amazing experience with NextHome Beach Time Realty. They are very kind and quick to respond. The house we stayed in was amazing! Very clean and up to date. The house had so many extras in the house that you normally don't get at a rental... baby gates, pack n play, fishing poles, beach toys, beach chairs... the list goes on. Very impressed with our stay and the service we received.

Great unit #409! Super clean along with pool/spa area. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Will surely stay again! Maybe a beach caddy to borrow, otherwise provisions (cooler, coffee, dish detergent,, etc) were useful and thoughtful!

Our stay at Sea Breeze was perfect! The place was perfectly clean and updated! Having a corner condo with 2 balconies was amazing! Having a cup of coffee on the balcony looking and listening to the ocean in the morning and then a cocktail at night = HEAVEN! We were steps away from the beach and if you don't feel like going to the beach, the pool and hot tub were a nice change of pace. Beaches were clean and not very shelly or rocky. Restaurants and John's Pass were either a nice little walk or a quick Uber ride away! During our visit in May, it wasn't overly crowded, which was nice! We definitely plan on staying at Sea Breeze in Madeira Beach again!

Giving a 5 star (when our stay really was a 4) but we stay here all the time and his stay was a little disappointing,however, we will continue to come back. The unit we had was nice but could have used a few upgrades. The dish towels were very very used and more like rags. One of the door s on the master bedroom shower door could not be used ☹.

All in all, the unit was stocked well. Beach umbrella, chairs, towels etc. Will definitely come back to Sunrise !!!!!

We stayed Aug 1-5th at the house. It was absolutely GORGEOUS!! I'm a neat freak so I was happy to see how so VERY, VERY clean and spacious everything was. It had plenty of room to gather around the table for dinner and Uno. 🙂 Amazing views from all angles on the balcony. Checking in and out was so easy. We loved the fact the driveway handled all 3 rental cars. Restaurants and shops were walking distance from the house. It was very hot outside but the AC made both floors comfortable and cool. We made so many family memories the 5 days we stayed. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which was definitely a plus!! We would stay here again without hesitation!!! It even had a ping pong table!!! 😀

Great condo experience. Check in and check out was easy. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Enjoyed that there were beach chairs, sunbrella, and beach games in the condo and pickle ball and tennis rackets available at the office to borrow. Also nice that there was laundry services in room. We had plenty of towels for our stay. One day our toilet stopped running and the front desk came right away to inspect and called the plumber in our behalf. Overall great stay and location. Would definitely come back for another stay!

My wife a I recently spent a month at this wonderful cottage at Treasure Island, Florida.It is located on a quiet street just a three minute walk from the beautiful and aptly named Sunset Beach.

The cottage is divided into two separate rental spaces. We occupied the larger of the two which has a capacity to sleep 6 with two full bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was charming.

We enjoyed plenty of living space for the two of us and when our three adult children visited for a week we all moved about easily. The back deck with table and chairs and an additional lounging patio provided a nice area to enjoy an outdoor meal.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need including a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave.
Laundry facilities are situated in an outside shed right off the back deck. Parking is conveniently available  in the driveway next to the building.  NextHome was quickly responsive when contacted.

A word about the neighbors next door. A wonderful and friendly couple who greeted us kindly each day.
They know the region and it's best spots, and are happy to share.

This cottage provided a very relaxing and memorable vacation. It's a special place we hope to return to again and again.

This apartment looks like new, very spacious and lots of window. Big social area.
The view is amazing, beach front, we even watch dolphins in the morning from the balcony.

My wife and I stayed at Vista Verde West 121 and loved the unit, it had everything we needed and it's very, very clean. Lots of updates including windows, doors, flooring and the two bathrooms looked brand new. Both bedrooms had walk-in closets which is nice for longer stays. Great location for morning walks, it's one mile over the bridge to the beach or walk around the huge golf course resort area, the walking trial goes under the bridge so you don't need to cross the road, go under it. Good Wi-Fi and cable TV. We stayed there mid February into early March 2022.

Our family had an amazing vacation at this rental and are looking at booking it again for next year. The location is great, traffic is minimal and it's centrally located from Clearwater and Madeira Beach/John's Pass if you want to enjoy those areas on your "not-beach" days.

Great resort. Easy access from Tampa Bay airport. Parked with no trouble. Intercostal water view with beach across the road. My daughters walked to beach access, 5 min. Safe crossing areas. Restaurants and stores within minutes walking. Pool area was wonderful. Grills available for use. Plenty of pool chairs. Dock for fishing. We rented kayaks and the dock worked out well. Our unit 211 was very clean. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/balcony/air! Everything was clean and neat. We did have a beach umbrella and chairs. All different age groups present. We had an extremely pleasant stay. Will do so again!

This is our 2nd stay at Sunrise Resort and will definitely return again in the future. The management is very helpful, the condos are clean and well maintained, and the location can’t be beat! It’s very centrally located to walk or drive to everything in the area. The pool area is wonderful and my kids love that there’s free shuffleboard on site. All at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend staying here! My only complaint would be that 10am checkout is a little bit early...11 or 12 would be better!

Stayed in a fabulous unit two blocks from St. Pete Beach. This particular unit was special due to the private yard area where you can lounge around the fire pit and enjoy the sea breeze. Inside was the perfect space for two people. It had everything we needed: Kitchenette with electric stove top, refrigerator, and microwave, AC is in excellent condition, large flat screen, and ample space to store our luggage. Unit is part of a smaller complex with a W/D, parking, etc. NextHome was easy to work with and even allowed us to check-in a bit earlier per request. Check-in was seamless and getting into the unit was easy due to key-less entry and detailed instructions from the host. I would definitely recommend this unit as well as St. Pete itself. We can't wait to visit again and book with NextHome.

#305 was absolutely adorable! It was so easy at check in and check out. The people were so nice. King bed was so so comfortable. Cabinets were stocked with wine glasses and champagne flutes, just what we needed! The hot tub was amazing!!! Will stay again!

Managers and owners were very responsive when we had a need. The house is very beautiful, well furnished, beds are comfortable...., the beach was amazing and secluded. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at one of the properties for a bachelorette party in September and loved it so much that we decided to come back and stay for the wedding in October. The condo was lovely and well kept. The location was wonderful. It was so easy to work with this team and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We'll definitely use them again.
