Vacasa was great booking our rental property. Communications were clear; reminders were sent via text and email. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Property was well stocked, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely use Vacasa for my next booking.

Our stay at Sunset Oasis was amazing!! The home was beautiful, very clean and functional; the back yard was tropical and relaxing; the management staff communicated well from arrival to departure and the community was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back and I will recommend to my family and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout was perfect for our group with plenty of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen for many home cooked meals and beautiful backyard with comfortable lounge chairs and inviting pool and spa. It made for a great vacation getaway for us all!

Outstanding rental within 5 minutes to a gorgeous beach. Very clean and comfortable, roomy, beautifully decorated, and convenient to everything. And the icing on the top is the beautiful heated pool right out the back door. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful family stay in a clean and well-maintained condo at Runaway Bay Condominiums with the essentials for cooking, entertainment, and recreation. Interaction with Vacasa costumer service at main and local offices was kind, professional and answered our questions promptly. Thanks for having us!

Excellent!! Perfect location! Easy check in and out! Only negative is parking. You have a parking place assigned to your unit however when someone is in your assigned spot the only choice you have is to park in a different spot.

Beautiful 2-level home sleeps 8, very nicely decorated with great beach vibe. Decks on 2nd and 3rd level were fun and great places to hang out and talk. Parking for 3 vehicles if so needed. Nice hot tub, and a wagon to haul stuff the 3-minute walk to the gulf of mexico waves. Bradenton Beach's sugar sand and warm, clear water - for people only - no jetskis or boats, no animals, wide long beach can't be beat!!
