I purchased a product online in the morning for in store The item was ready within 3 hours. I was able to walk into the store and made small tall with one of the first salesperson I encountered before I was referred to an online pick-up specialist.

I was in and out within 5 minutes. I appreciated the online pick up specialist providing me with options for insuring my product that I had not taken advantage of when I initially placed my order. While this product was a gift for a loved one and I choose to stay as far as I can from the Apple consumersphere as possible, I have to acknowledge that this venue provided top quality customer service and I had a 5 star buying experience .

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a tech product. Very helpful and friendly, I will exclusively use this apple store going forward. Thank you!

This place has it all. You can find the coolest new technology and gadgets as well as some small home goods items such as surround sound speakers, Star Wars toys, and Nest smart home products, such as the Nest thermostat. They always have helpful staff at this place and usually visits can go pretty quickly even on Saturdays when most folks are out and about. We're glad that we have this Apple Store so close to us as opposed to trying to commute out to Fair Oaks Mall. This is truly a gem of an amenity and a welcome addition to the local Woodbridge area.

Purchased my new MacBook pro and AirPod pros without any trouble or ease. Thanks to the staff for making the transaction easy and concise. I hope anyone looking for an Apple product comes to this store!

I was having an issue with my Air Pods and decided to stop in to see if they could be fixed or if I would need to replace them. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in and see me in a short amount of time. The technician was able to determine the problem was with the Air Pods and not caused by me. They replaced the Air Pods with brand new ones for free! That was definitely unexpected, but really appreciated. The store was clean. The employees were prompt, courteous and professional. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this Apple Store location!

I have only been to this Apple Store twice. But both times I had nothing but the best experience.

Customer support was quick and attentive; expectations for maintenance times were accurately estimated. Everyone working there seemed to have the customer as most important in what they did.

Great experience with Stephanie! We came in to review watches. Of the multiple Apple stores we've visited, this was the most pleasant and productive experience. Stephanie was clear, concise and asked pertinent questions while providing informative answers. She could give a class to all Apple employees on how to provide those excellent customer service specifics. A thoroughly enjoyable outing on our way to purchasing the series 8.

Doug was awesome at the Genius Bar! I came in needing help with both of my iPhones, an old phone that died a few days ago, and my new phone that I got that morning. He was so patient and attentive to the issues I had and made sure he had the best quality tools for diagnostic testing! He also explained clearly why the phones were experiencing their issues, and thanks to him I was even able to transfer all my data from my old phone, even if my old phone was completely dead! I can’t thank Doug enough for being so helpful and giving us the best solutions!

I came here yesterday on 12/07/2022 around 5:30pm and Chris helped us with doing a trade in from IPhone 11 to IPhone 14. Explained everything very well and also was very patient with me especially..I was happy with the deal. I will most definitely bring my husband in for the IPhone 14 trade in next time. Friendly staff greeted us when we entered and the staff members who helped us with our purchase were very knowledgeable and willing to explain unique features. There is a wide selection of phones, watches, and other accessories in this store.

I just upgraded my phone today and my customer service experience was wonderful. My phone provider was acting extremely unreasonably and they stayed calm, helped me every step of the way, and kept me sane through a genuinely frustrating experience. Kenna and Jafer hung in with me for so long and dealt with some truly rude customer service people on my behalf. Anita is a great manager and she went to bat for me and her staff. Overall great store experience.

Good place to get nice apple products

My visit couldn’t have been better. My IPad wouldn’t charge. I met with Jason and we hooked it up and tested different things, it turned out the charger cable was bad. He quickly got me a new one, I checked out right at the service bench and was on my way in 20 minutes. No waiting, no line, no appointment. I’ll definitely be back when I need an upgrade.

I’m surprised to read that some of the reviews are negative as I can’t imagine how that happened to them! Mine was good! The employees that both helped me were really nice. Almost too nice. I just got my screen fixed and it was a pretty in and out process. No wait time. Only problem I was kinda upset about is after I was going to trade in my Iphone 8 plus they only quoted me $250, as the ad makes you feel like your going to get back. But hey, I can’t get mad I guess it is a older model.

EXCELLENT Experience!!! Highly recommend this location. Service went a LOT better then first expected after reading reviews. Both technicians, Christian and David, were very helpful and kind. Ran in for a battery replacement for a XS Max. Was in and out in the next 10 or 15 minutes while leaving the phone to be serviced on, took no more then an hour to replace. The measures taken for COVID-19 are spot on, I was very comfortable.
