Specific to the palm beach Children’s Hospital located in Saint Marys along with the children’s ER is hands-down the best place to take your child with peace of mind of the best care. I can’t speak for the adult ER.

This is a great place Dr Paley is the man. We have been coming here for years. Well lite parking lots

Horrible. Don’t go if you have a bad emergency or anything that needs to be seen ASAP because you will be waiting for hours. I took my 2 year old that would cry in pain, we waited until he got really uncomfortable I asked how much longer, the nurse said “we can’t give a wait time sorry” went and sat down again waited some more until we decided to leave. Once I told them we were going else where the nurse said he was going to be called next.
I was not going to take the chance and wait any longer so I went to PALMS WEST hospital and they took care of us quickly. Definitely do not recommend going St. Mary’s at all.

My mother in law had to get an emergency surgery, and they handled it pretty well up until they moved her to recovery. They were so unorganized, the doctor barely spoke to her, and when they discharged her and she left, they called her wondering where she went… huh? They literally discharged her, and the person goes “well we were supposed to wheel you down, how did you get down there?” Ummm she walked because NO ONE told her that was even an option. Never again, if it weren’t for the fact that the hospital was closest to us, we would’ve never gone there. Next time we’ll listen to our gut and go elsewhere, we’ll be transferring everything somewhere else.

I woke my 2 y/o up at 3AM, drove from Broward to West Palm to St. Mary's for an appointment. I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me that my appointment is cancelled. 😞 Seriously, no one had the time to call me yesterday and let me know that we wouldn't be able to be seen??

I had an accident and went to the trauma department and the Drs was so nice except the physical therapy team they were so so rude and even their leader was the most rude person i have ever seen tgey were caring about let out from the hospital after one day although i was having broken shouldrr scapula, broken nose broken ribs broken right hand.... They don't have mercy in their hearts no way to be a doctors i was there on sept 25th 2020 so the pregnant physical therapist was the worst no way to be a doctor or to help injured patients shame on her

Absolutely awful experience overall. Completely disorganized, horrible experience, and the rudest staff possible. Steer clear of this hospital if you have a choice, you will only leave disappointed

Lleve a mi hija con fiebre alta tarde horas y horas y nunca la atendieron me dijeron. Que por que solo llevaba 5 Días con fiebre que no era grave y que esperara 😡
