La Quinta Inn by Wyndham West Palm Beach - Florida Turnpike

This place is AWESOME!

After a bad experience at a different hotel, I came here - and the difference was night and day.

The staff here are friendly and professional, and they made sure that my stay was wonderful!

My room had already been cleaned by housekeeping, but the amazing woman at the front desk sent housekeeping back to ensure that it was in perfect condition.

When I went to my room, the lovely woman from housekeeping was just finishing up, and we had a very nice chat.

The room itself appeared to be recently renovated - and housekeeping had it absolutely SPOTLESS!

There were tons of pillows, both soft and firm, atop the pristine white bed spread.
The mattress was so comfortable that I got an amazing night's sleep - which was much needed.

The included breakfast was just wonderful, featuring omelets, French toast, pancakes, sausages, cereal, croissants, and a lot more!

The smoke-free property is well maintained and well lit - with no obvious drug deals happening in the parking lot, and no unsavory characters milling about - it was a very safe and relaxing experience.

I've worked in the hospitality industry most of my life, and I really appreciate great customer service, which seems to have completely died elsewhere. La Quinta's service was over the top WONDERFUL from start to finish - BRAVO!

When I checked in, I was having a REALLY bad day - this place completely turned it around for me!!

La Quinta is the hotel I'll be using from now on!

Squared away and great for our big dog- nice picnic table dog green space. Front desk is friendly polite and organized. Security is top notch- checked on me in their lit vehicle when I walked the pup at 5 am. Yummy breakfast too!

This place was awesome. We had initially made our reservation at another hotel and they cancelled it because our room "wasn't ready" (reservation made 20 days in advance). This place really came through for us absolutely last minute, and in the middle of the night. The hotel property ended up being nicer than the one we planned on staying at, once we saw them in person. Our room was immaculately clean and smelled nice. They provide cute little mini Dove toiletries ☺. Housekeeping checked in with us each day of our stay and traded out towels and emptied the trash. Every worker we encountered was very friendly and helpful when needed. My picky kids each found their go-to breakfast favorites, and I liked the coffee machine in the breakfast area and the 24 hour coffee in the lobby (I did not like the coffee provided to make in room) if I *had* to pick one thing to critique, it'd be that the pool is old, but it was clean and my kids still very happily spent hours playing in it. We even spotted an iguana roaming

We loved the customer service from all the staff. Great breakfast. TV on room 123 didn’t work but it didn’t matter because everything else was perfect.

🤩This place is a true definition of dont judge a book by its cover. Pulling up to the hotel I was a bit skeptical because of the neighborhood it was close to. The color scheme of the building wasn't appealing. BUT!!! The rooms were nice and clean. The floor didn't have carpet and was nice wood flooring!! 🤩🤩 The staff at the check-In were very nice and engaging. The complimentary breakfast was good and had variety. I very much enjoyed my stay here. Outside looks give 3 star but the rooms and breakfast gave a 5 star feel.

I like the breakfast food is much better than the other hotels and there always fix your room I like the pool but it's not deep enough to swim but it's fine 5,3 fine for some people.

Updated hotel very clean and great customer service. Showers a little outdated but still comfortable. I love the shampoo and soaps.

Turnpike made it easier to locate my destinations and even faster, your location is great and convenient. No problem at all.

For a cheap hotel, this exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, quiet, and free of any noxious smells. All of the appliances and amenities (fridge, a/c, lights, toilet, faucets, outlets) were operational and up to task. The towels and sheets were clean and free of any stains. Was surprised to find the provided soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. were “Dove” brand instead of the generic, cheap, “no-name” alternatives typical of hotels in this price range. Complimentary breakfast is provided although I did not partake.
Some potential downsides you may encounter:
-A $75 deposit to be placed on a credit card and refunded on checkout, provided there is no smoking or damage in/to the room.
-While there is an elevator, I elected to use the stairs because the location of the elevator relative to my room was just as inconvenient.
In summary, the positives far outweigh the negatives which is not always the case when dealing with hotels of such low price.

Other than peeling paint in the bathroom the room was great and that did not affect the quality of the stay at all.

The room was clean but my AC barely worked on my 1st room so I had to switch rooms. I had to call multiple times for someone to come look at the AC. Truck parking is available in the back, but beware it's very tight. I wouldn't recommend it for newer drivers. They were very accommodating once they realized the AC in my room was not functioning properly. Customer service was very good as well.

Wonderful stay and wonderful staff!! Minutes to the beach and downtown. Nice outdoor pool area.

My room at this hotel was very modern, well decorated and exceptionally comfortable with a really cold refrigerator and microwave that even had a USB port in it. Breakfast was awesome with big, moist cheese omelettes, sausages, waffle makers, really crispy croissants (tender on the inside,) french toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, lots of jams & honey, real butter and delicious juices not to mention the tasty coffee and a friendly breakfast host. The TV was about 43" with Netflix and Hulu available to log into as well as Showtime included. The front desk staff were kind enough to let me check in a little early, and very cordial at check out. There is a grassy dog park and designated smoking area with picnic tables! Great, well stocked vending machine and good ice machine too. The hotel looks like a four-story apartment building; the "La Quinta" sign is a little hard to see, so it's easy to miss. At dusk the pool closes, so bear that in mind if you like a night swim as many people do. I look forward to the next time I stay there!

Highly recommend. Very clean and sevice oriented. Better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed at. Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Excellent place at a excellent price. Everything is nearby.

I went to watch a concert at the Ithink amphitheatre and I stayed overnight at this hotel. I really enjoyed it ! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the front desk was friendly, the location was great, there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, coffee in the lobby and the breakfast was 10/10 ! I loved the breakfast to me it was the highlight of my stay! There was eggs omelet, sausage links, an amazing coffee machine, oj, waffle maker, fruits and yogurt! It was a complete experience
I would love to go back here! Thank you La quinta from West Palm they don't make you like this no more !
