McDonald's

I have been one who has complained about service in the past. I was there at about 3pm today. All 3 employees were delightful! Order was correct. I had to wait a couple minutes & they took extra care on my order. Excellent experience, so good to see!! Thanks!

We went through the drive through today around 2:15pm. We got our order and looked, seeing it was not ours. We went back through the drive through, the sweetest lady with beautiful hair apologized and gave us a free fry! Thank you McDonald's! ❤❤

They have never messed up my order. Food has always been hot. There's usually a drive through line, but it moves pretty swiftly . I have nothing negative to say about this location.

Carrie and her crew are the best. Food is always top notch and the service is even better. Everyone is always very friendly.

This particular McDonalds is my favorite. Always helpful, kind and make it easy. They have no issue fixing mistakes. Service is fast and I've never had an issue with any order here.

Used app to make a pick-up. Arrived gave code. Received receipt. Received drink and asked to pull forward. 18 minutes later I called inside and let them know I was still waiting. Was apologized to and given a large fry and blueberry pie. I asked if there was anything I could do differently for next time to help make it easier. Was told no that change in process of how orders are coming in and they are training and learning. Thought ordering on app was supposed to make it easier. Although I do understand I just felt disappointed.

Always get my order correct

Like everyone else been to a lot of McDonald’s, but every time I go to this one even when busy service Is great. Food is always hot and my order is correct. Well done. I’ll always go the extra drive to eat at this one.

Always good going to this McDonald's. They are always friendly and have smiles! The food is usually fresh and correct.

Recommend iced coffee with sugar free vanilla. Son is a big fan of their fries. Staff is always friendly. We love Carlos!!!

DeSoto store slow on getting door dash orders together.

Employees were friendly and very nice . I forgot to order an item and they were nice about getting it made for me in a timely manner and didn't seam to be aggravated at all . The only thing was they forgot to provide straws for my 3 milkshakes which is only a minor problem considering I have straws at home . Overall it was a good experience.

I had all but given up on fast food. The town that I live in (not DeSoto) has a few fast food restaurants. I am never thanked for coming when I visit these places, I'm treated like I'm inconveniencing them and the food is always cold and/or old.

I usually stop at the DeSoto McDonald's to use their restroom during my drive down to a campground in Potosi. The restroom is always clean. During my last visit I was hungry as well so I went through the drive thru after using the restroom. I was thanked for coming. My order was correctly repeated back to me. The line moved very quickly and when it was my turn to pay, I was greeted by a pleasant young man who gave me my total, said thanked me for my order and then tokd me to have a good day. Wow!

Next I pulled up to the second window and was again greeted by a pleasanr young lady who thanked me for coming and the apologized because my food wasn't ready yet I had ordered a QP wth no cheese so I wasn't surprised. She asked me to please pull up to the next window. A couple of minutes later the same young lady brought my food to me. Apologized for the wait, thanked me for visiting and then told me to have a good day. I drove away with a smile on my face. Bonus: my food was hot and taaty.

I don't know if this store has a smart manager who knows that their salary is paid by customers. Drive customers away and then there's no reason for that store to stay open.

I will definitely come back in the future. I appreciate the effort they put forth.

We were here on Halloween. Busy is a understatement. Whoever worked that night, you all ROCK! Order was correct, HOT and service was surprisingly fast. Thank you

Everything was fine with my service

Sometimes good for a quick meal when we've all had a long day. Quick to serve. I miss eating inside but I truly agree with the Covid-19 regulations of closure. You can't beat those chicken nuggets. Very convenient.
