Sauvignon Wine Locker & American Trattoria

This was a fun new spot, I'm all about atmosphere! On the second Floor so you have to look up! Food was good, the service was good, I would go back again and try some different dishes. Different dishes. We sat at the bar because we didn't have a reservation. They have outdoor dining available which kind of reminded me of New Orleans style on a balcony.

I can not put enough stars! The food was amazing, presentation impeccable and the service was top of the line. A wonderful atmosphere as we sat on the veranda. Gorgeous wine room and such a pleasant atmosphere. We came on a Tuesday night and it was busy but not overly crowded. Our server Michael went above and beyond. Perfect descriptions and so knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients. He even gave us some perfect suggestions and we were not disappointed! Definitely one of the best restaurants in St Petersburg and definitely a diamond in the rough!

Ohh Sauvignon…it was a lovely visit for happy hour vino & dining! Our server Tony reeeally stood out with his impeccable politeness, while being humorous as well. We ordered several plates. Though no disappointments whatsoever, the faves were the Meatballs and Philly cheesesteak. The Hummus plate, Chophouse salad, Kale & Beet salad and Spanish Shrimp are all delicious as well. Although not a huge dining space it didn’t feel crowded at all. Would certainly dine here again with the main menu.

A really great place for a date night. Relaxed, simple and modern atmosphere.
Second time in and it has quickly become one of my favorite places. It is hidden away from the busy bars and places but so close you can carry along the night with many options around. Service was attentive and our meals were delicious. I would recommend the lamb pasta, half chicken and pistachio salad!

This was a fun evening. Went on a Thursday- got happy hour. Half off salads and pastas. Service was good! Food was good. Wine pours are a little lite but the selection is good. We ordered the Cesar salad, and shrimp off the happy hour menu and then the fish of the day off the regular menu. Food was fresh and light.
Tried two different wine rose and white both were really good and recommended. Red pours looked a little heavier than the white pours. Overall so fun- laid back. We will be back.

A wonderful niche place for incredible wine, cocktails and a view of downtown. We walked over here while waiting for others and felt like we discovered a secret super place! There's plenty of seating in this upstairs Wine bar and eatery and a room that can hold private large parties. We'll be back for sure, it's intimate and we'd love to try the food.

Running review: 5 ⭐star dining, wine, service and educated wining diners at the Bar! I like to take advantage of the 4-6pm Happy Hour 1/2 priced wine by the glass, usually order the seafood special and always enjoy. One of the best dining experiences in St Pete. Bar, tight inside & outside balcony dining, reservations recommended. Access via elevator, resto rest area & dining accessible.

One of my favorite restaurants in downtown St. Pete! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. A true hidden gem with incredible customer service and delicious food/wine. We love their happy hour, Thursday specials, Sunday 1/2 off bottles of wine, BRUNCH and LUNCH! Chef Burton does not disappoint. The attention to detail and wide variety of menu options make this one of our go-to spots. We love the pesto shrimp pasta, octopus, brunch hash skillet, beet salad, charcuterie program and WINE! The best. The owners Chris & Chris are great people and the staff will take amazing care of you. Just go!

We LOVE Sauvignon! My family and I have been here a few times now and it keeps getting better and better. Last night, Steve took care of us, and he provided THE BEST service! He knows the menu inside an out, shared with us fabulous recommendations, and had such a pleasant demeanor. This only enhanced our experience, which we are so grateful for! We'll be back.

Superb! My first visit and I can’t wait to go back and try other menu items. Brunch with my friends and we all were so impressed! The oxtail hash is divine! The praline & pecan sticky bun and bananas foster French toast are TO DIE FOR and the French omelette is the best omelette I have ever tasted in my life! Service was great as well.

I had the best time at this place with one of my girlfriends. We had a couple bottles of wine and a charcuterie board. The server helped us pick out our wine and we let the chef do whatever he wanted to on the charcuterie board. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was great and the service was superb. I will definitely be back!

Best wine bar in St. Pete! The happy hour is incredible. The service is top notch. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about the wines served and can help anyone pick out something they like! One of my favorite places in town.

Had a wonderful experience here! Food was amazing! They had a deal for half off bottles of wine under $150, which made it even better. Got the grilled octopus and shrimp peppadew orecchiette. Both were very flavorful and had great sauces! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I had the most amazing time visiting here. The owner, Chris is kind, attentive and knowledgeable so it’s no surprise that all of his employees are all of those things as well. The food is mouthwatering and the wine list is amazing. Be sure to make reservations, you do not want to miss this experience!

I love Sauvignon! It’s one of my favorite places to have dinner with friends, especially on the patio. The food is amazing and the wine and wine service are top notch. Chris, the owner, is a real gem of a human and makes everyone feel so welcome and appreciated. Definitely recommend! Thank you for being in St Pete!

Love the seating on the balcony especially for a group of friends. We had a wonderful time there, nice wines, food was surprisingly good, Cervice excellent. Our server Marietta was extremely nice, friendly and helpful with choosing the food and wine. Will be back for sure

We joined as locker members after a few successful brunch/dinners. I can go on about the delicious food and extensive wine list and deals, but at the end of the day what solidified our decision was the incredible service, everyone is beyond kind and accommodating, the owner Chris serves top notch costumer service, you will feel, recognized, welcomed and appreciated every time, no matter what your wine knowledge is he is very good at figuring out what your preference is and is always educational.

I planned a work happy hour with owner Chris and it was beyond impressive. To say they exceeded all expectations is still an understatement. We had 4 different "courses" each paired with amazing wines in their private room. The atmosphere is great, the table was set beautifully and everyone had a blast. Their chefs have created a great menu with unique and comfort foods that all go well with your favorite wines. Highly recommend for small parties. Looking forward to returning for a date night soon!

Delicious food and great service. Fantastic house made pasta. Great charcuterie board with all the accoutrements. $36 gets you a medium board with 6 selections. Apple tart was so good. Highly recommended happy hour with half off wine glasses 4-6pm.
