Holiday Inn Express Gloucester

Our company will definitely be staying at this hotel again. We had a booking mistake from our office and your staff was very competent and professional in quickly resolving the issue. Angelique Sayles is an asset to your business, incredible customer service, efficient and the reason we will be staying and returning.

My stay was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Very professional. My room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked the way it should! The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the heart of the shopping district.i will definitely stay here again. Special mention is Veronica. She was absolutely easy to speak to- very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Came on a trip from Arizona. I went in with low expectations but was very impressed with these facilities. The bed is comfy but really soft. Breakfast variety was good enough for a bagel or coffee. Rooms were clean and quiet. Loved the product amenities. Full size dove brand bottles! Staff were very friendly and accommodating! We will come back. Thank you!

Stephanie at the front desk had outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was the best ever….she really made our day.

Everyone is lovely here. Very accommodating and the hotels aesthetic is nice too. This hotel was just remodeled and its beautiful!!

Everything was brand new and very attractive hotel.
Worked well for us. Wish hotels would use better quality food, real scrambled eggs, and fresh bacon. Coffe tasted like warmed up dish water. Really grouse.

The facility and staff was great. The breakfast was enjoyable and the location in a great spot. The elevators were down which sucked a bit having to carry several bags up to the 3rd floor.

Very nice, newly remodeled. Very comfortable beds, A/C got very cold, nice shower, big tv, fast wifi, fridge, and microwave in the room. Stayed here for 7 nights for work. Elevator could use some TLC but we didn’t use it because our room was at the end of the hall by the stairwell. 10/10 would stay here again. Never ate breakfast, so I can’t judge that, but the guy at the front desk made jokes with us about walking in with breakfast because he said “you know we have free breakfast and it’s pretty good, right?” Also, we work nights when we’re on the road so we sleep during the day, and the room got very dark during the day and housekeeping never bothered us.

The room was stunning! Super clean. The bed…guys this was the BEST sleep I’ve EVER had! In my entire life. No joke. It was so good I want to know what brand and model the mattress was. It wasn’t too soft. It wasn’t too hard. It was literally perfect. The hot breakfast was limited, but definitely better than just plain ole cereal and fruit. There was a pancake maker that looked like it was from the future. So cool. There was an assortment of breads and juices. Milk. Coffee. Oatmeal. Cinnamon rolls. Greek yogurt in vanilla, blueberry, or strawberry flavors. I was under the impression there would be omelettes as well as sausage AND bacon. However, there were just sausage and scrambled eggs. There were also diced hash brown potatoes. Overall a very great selection for breakfast. The kids loves it. So did I! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Our family will certainly be returning next time we visit. I would also like to shoutout the woman who made breakfast. She was doing multiple different things but was sure to replenish something when it was low or out. Also the woman who checked me out at the front desk, she was very kind. Her voice was soothing and polite. Love love love this place. 10/10 would recommend.

I stayed here for business a couple weeks ago. By the look of the pictures the hotel was purchased by Holiday inn and upgraded. They did a nice job and my room was fresh and clean. Breakfast was one of the best I had ever had on a weekday from a Holiday inn.

Great stay, room was clean fresh towels. Ice machine was newish and the shower hot. Bed and tv selection was the best. Will stay again when I'm down here again The staff was very friendly and nice. Best place in town

So much better since our last visit! Cleaner, better service. The rooms have been redone. Amazing!

My go to room for the few nights Im in town visiting my sister. Not many choices close by, but this place is always clean and up to date, well maintained and friendly staffed. Hopefully it will continue,

Recently renovated and well maintained. Nice pool. The gym is pretty small though.
