Their service was horrible. I drove all the way from Broward and I got there at 4:45pm and they wouldn't let me in. I got transferred to every department and nobody would help me. I understand things are different now because of Covid but government workers don't have to be so unwilling to help. I spoke to someone in the finance department and she said that she would not sign my county application because it's a different entity. You are a city inside of the county, you are governed by the county so how are you a different entity. The county asked the city to sign the document.
