Mayo Clinic Hospital, Methodist Campus

Mayo isn't just an inspired conglomerate of the world's best medical talents under one roof, although it is absolutely that. Mayo is an example of utopia in management. It seems that every single human that draws a paycheck from this institution is onboard to be excellent. I have never seen anything like it. From the amazing, and amazingly kind urologist Dr. Nick Warner, who resolved three years of misery for my father without making an incision, to all the nurses, to the assistants, to the coffee folks, to the security guards, to the employees emptying the wastebaskets, there is a pride, a unity of purpose.
PS The meals my father received during his stay in the Eisenberg building of the downtown hospital were on par with what we would expect in a restaurant.

Our 1st experience at Mayo is just unbelievable. What a fantastic place with phenominal, compasionate doctors and nurses. I now see why it is world renouned.
My wife's care has been prompt with appointment times met within minutes.

I had two stays at Methodist in 2018. My first was for ten days and the last one just three. I was on the sixth floor both times in Station 62. The nurses were excellent!! They are compassionate, caring, go out of their way to help in any way possible. I can't say enough about how good the care was. My personal favorite was Rowena. She was awesome!!

My husband is there and I can only visit every couple of weeks as I live in Illinois they are so kind to my husband who is really sick they have comforted him respected him I feel comfortable leaving to come home until the next time I can come to visit they always ask when they leave the room if there is anything they can do for either of us and he has never waited for more than a minute after he pushes the call button for the nurse. This is what every hospital used to be like and should always be like.Thank you Mayo from the bottom of my heart.

My son was diagnosed with a very rare form of liver cancer called bile duct cancer.Only 2,500 cases in the United States Received very little hope from doctors until we took him to Sloan-Kettering in NYC They were able to get an appmt at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota His whole family had to relocate to Rochester. He received his liver 10/11/2020 & is
alive because of Mayo..it is one of the best hospitals in the USA.The care was incredible!!

Somehow we always get the most compassionate care from medical professionals and their support staffs. They seem to sincerely care and treat their patients like they would their loved ones.

Saved my life and extended it as well! I had my second renal transplant at Mayo/Methodist and I am enjoying life 15 years later. They were very kind, even when I was the worst patient on the planet! Great people and the most gifted human beings, right down to the Dietary Aids and the Custodial Engineers. A place where the truly gifted belong and the recent graduate from school, aspire to work.

I had a ventral hernia repair on July 31st. I can not say enough positives about Dr Robert Cima and the staff. Mayo saved my life in 2016. I needed a hernia repair and travelled all the way from Memphis to have the repair. I am a nurse and Mayo truly follows the Mayo way.

They had given my wife the best care and gave us the best communication and information

Absolutely the best! From the amazingly talented doctors, the knowledgeable and compassionate nursing team to the cordial and helpful hospital staff...everything about Methodist Hospital is top of the line and a true blessing!

My brother just had an elbow transplant. Something that isn’t done a lot. His family and I are very grateful to the wonderful Doctors at the Mayo Clinic!!

I've been to the Gonda Building and Methodist build the Methodist campus numerous times more than over 30 times I've been to the between the two buildings Ganda and the Methodist campus in the right next to each other that's why I'm bringing them both up but I've never I shouldn't say never one time I had a ridiculous wait time and that was my fault as I was late to appointment. Regardless being late hit the accommodated me and said no problem Mayo Clinic is here to help.

The food was excellent except the pepperoni pizza. It was so salty it burned my mouth. Couldn't eat it
