Red Roof PLUS+ West Palm Beach

We stayed here with a large production crew and a long list of needs, and the staff was absolutely outstanding. They accommodated our changing schedule, individual room needs, and odd hours efficiently and in a wonderful and friendly manner. Edgar the manager made sure all questions were answered and all issues with room changes were done with ease, the front desk team of Emma, Vincent, Adrianna and Carmen were all helpful at every turn, we even took some photos with them before leaving, and the housekeeping crew of Yolanda, Jackie, Adrianna, Flor and Dilia also made sure we were well taken care of. The facilities are more than adequate for what we were looking for and if you're looking for a good place on a budget, the facilities are not the newest and the most modern, but I enjoyed my stay here and the crew were amazing. Thank you guys so much!

We didn’t have a reservation and they had a room available last minute, room was clean and had enough space for us to spend the night the staff at the front desk (Edgar and Emma) were very helpful, by helping us getting checked in and settled after a long drive, also they are close to the highway which for us was big plus! A few places to eat near by also,
anytime we pass by West Palm beach we will definitely always stay there again! I will recommend!

I like to say this place is in an expensive area but the stay isn’t too expensive. Especially through Priceline! Small pets are welcome, but I have even seen bigger fur babies here. There are designated areas for them to do their business and they’re welcome to stay inside rooms. This is also a no smoking hotel, but they provide designated smoking spaces for those who need to. Ive stayed at this specific Red Roof about 3 times, once in 2023 and twice in 2024. I haven’t had any issues! I’ve stayed on all 3 floors, floor 1 is wheelchair accessible and convenient, floor 2’s rooms were also very clean, and floor 3 so far has been my favorite to stay in. It is very quiet on the top floor and rooms are very spacious.

The customer service here is amazing. I’ve been helped quickly and respectfully every time I’ve checked in. I see room service at work 24/7, even caught them changing the sheets in peoples rooms as soon as they leave. Those who do service cleaning here work very hard! However they speak Spanish primarily, luckily I understand a bit so it’s always a pleasant conversation. Please give them grace if you speak in English, they’re doing their best and mean it!

One warning I should say is that in some rooms in the first and second floor, they share a door in the wall that would connect to another persons room. They have a safety latch that keeps either person from disturbing each other (like walking in or something), but if one guest is loud, you’ll definitely hear it on your side loud and clear. However, I have not encountered and issues or discomfort inside that type of room though! It is just something I noticed and thought other women should be aware of!

The staff and management here are fantastic. Everyone was very kind and courteous. Channel has a great attitude and made a point to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our accommodation. Will definitely be our go-to when visiting the West Palm Beach area.

Everyone at Res Roof Plus is amazing But the front desk clerk Emma has the best customer service in the place. She is helpful, always willing to help and give you her up most attention. The entire staff is fabulous. But Emma stand out

Vincent at the front desk always a pleasure! Very communicative, always ready to help! Vacation or business go to for sure! Small pets are allowed but they allowed my big guy! Very understanding! Great prices! Amazing location!

Great front desk service. It was clean and I was comfortable. They r really good at replacing room keys whenever u lock ur self out. Very consistent lol

Very nice clerks at the front desk from the moment you walk in the door. The hotel is very nice and clean and the smell of fresh linen was what I encountered at check in. I have kids and I don't feel my kids are unsafe in the area due to the hotel having security. The rooms are very clean and neat if you need extra towels soaps blankets or whatever the case maybe they are there at your command. Very reasonable pricing. You don't hear loud noises in the hallways I've been staying for over a month and I am well over pleased with my stay. Not to mention the ready rewards it does not take much to gain points and as promised your points are used for discounts and even nights free at the hotel. Book here u won't regret it

For me and my boyfriend, it was a simple and nice stay. Location is near popular areas by car. The front desk associate Emma is very sweet. It’s your basic inn/motel so my expectations were not high.

We were simply amazed by the way Mrs Chanell treated us.
This lady is extremely kind and professional.
Our family loved the stay.

The Staff is amazing they work with you the hotel always smells great the complimentary coffee is amazing always fresh and Hot. This hotel by far Surpasses any hotel in this area, they Make you feel like Family Edgar is an amazing manger, we wouldn’t trade him for the world. Thank you Red roof for inn plus.

Edgar, the property manager was a amazing person.He was very good with communication and he was very helpful.I would recommend this to anybody and it's very clean and Carmen.The head housekeeper lady supervisor was so sweet to me.Also great place to stay.

Very nice staff. Emma checked us out. Room didn’t have any issues with it. From what you pay, you’re getting a solid room and experience. First solo trip with the girlfriend was a success :)

The front desk people Vincent and Emma are great and the General Manager Edgar is Awesome. You would love to stay here trust me rooms are a lot better and cleaner.

Red Roof Inn + in West Palm Beach, Florida was the perfect location for a medical business trip at Paley Orthopedic and Spine Insitute. Extended thanks you's to Mr. Edgar Belmonte (G.M.) and his staff. From a morning pool workout, to the delicious early morning coffee/tea, and a caring staff, make these accomodations superb. Easy high way access(airport, baseball parks, Cracker Barrell, and beaches and restaurants are a quick uber ride away. This location runs like the game winning touchdown on a 4th down ( which had to develop ) quickly to make this visit happen. Thank you Edgar!

Edgar, the General Manager has been so accommodating(& w/such kindness too)..as I booked our room several times incorrectly online--he always makes such effort to "right my wrong" if you will! The Red Roof is honestly lucky to have him! Thank You!

Best affordable and comfortable relaxing beds and rooms.Also great an excellent service from all the staff and front desk.Quiet and security safe 24/7 .Truly recommend a stay here also clean and neat an organized as well.Try them I recommend it.
