Muhammad Ahmed, M.D.

Dr. Ahmed provides excellent quality care. He has the best beside manners, and goes above and beyond with patient safety. Dr. Ahmed is my sister’s caretaker, she’s an adult with mental disabilities, he’s great with handling her by making her feel comfortable while assuring she’s healthy. She suffered with high blood pressure when I first brought her in to see him, he immediately regulated it and today she has maintained excellent blood levels for 2 years. I’ve referred my adult son to see him, and he has the same level of care and bedside manners. Excellent patient satisfaction, listen to patients concerns. Great MD!!

I love Dr. Ahmed. I saw him at the walk-in and he was very thorough. He asked a lot of questions and made it a point to figure out all necessary testing and treatment plans. He actually cares about his patients. Very professional and I highly recommend!

Dr. Ahmed is a great doctor. Everytime I have an appointment the staff is very friendly. I hardly have to wait as long as I'm on time. Everyone acts in a very professional manner towards me.

Run! Don’t walk from this practice. Dr. Ahmed is not a pleasant person nor is he a good Dr. I was dismissed from the practice after canceling a few times due to work. Not only did I cancel 48hrs prior to my last appointment but I have been unable to get a refill on Hydralazine that I take 3 times a day and have since my stroke. He has refused to refill this drug and I cannot get it from my new Dr until I have been seen. I have an appointment with a new Dr but cannot get in until March 23rd which is the very soonest in Wisconsin or Illinois. Today I took a screenshot of the last appointment that I gave 48hr notice and I’m glad I did because I noticed later that it was deleted as well as all my correspondence with their office. I will be filing a complaint regarding the bad practices of this Dr. Do yourself a favor and find someone else that cares and has compassion. He has the bedside manner of potato and that’s being kind

My first appointment with Dr Ahmad wasn’t good. He was more concerned about about what my prior Dr. told him then what I was there for. He doesn’t have a pleasant bed side manner. I explained to his nurse that I needed refills and he just rushed me out of the office. I had to have a post ER visit with him and asked him to amend his notes from my previous visit because they were wrong and that wasn’t what I told him. He said no. I told him that I needed refills and needed them last time but he was too concerned about what a crooked Dr had said about me instead of taking care of me. Dr. Ahmad makes you feel like you aren’t sick and why are you there. I had questions about my results from the hospital and he said they are off but it’s okay. It wasn’t an important test. I had an appointment at 8:15 and didn’t get in until almost 9:15.

He was over 30 minutes late to the appointment. He pressured my partner to get the covid vaccine which we both did not appreciate. ::sigh:: The search for a primary is still on…What a pain.

Showed up to my appointment to wait for the receptionist to finally get to me and then asked to leave and reschedule my appointment cause it was 955 and 10 minutes late policy

Staff and nurses are not friendly. Not accommodating. Especially Melissa
