O'Fallon License Office

The O'Fallon License Office took great care of us on a Tuesday morning. We arrived about 20 minutes before the office opened and were about 27th in line. An employee unlocked and held the door open for the crowd to enter at the advertised opening time. All the desk positions were staffed and we managed to finish renewing two, Real-ID drivers licenses in about 30 minutes. B. Vani assisted us with the renewal and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for taking great care of us!

I am impressed with how quickly this location of the Missouri Dept of Motor Vehicles gets people in/out. They have a very well thought out system.

Again, I am impressed with this location! Just did my license plate renewal, in and out very quickly!

The lady that helped me (pretty sure her name was Erin) was amazing!! Genuinely made the experience so much better than I expected. I even made a mistake and she was willing to take the time to go back and correct it, which saved me a ton of money. 10/10 gal!

Got my new tags and REAL ID in less than 25 minutes. There is plenty of staff here so I had a 3 minute wait at each area. Nothing to complain about. Ty Ofallon DMV Staff!!

Nichole was an absolute delight! She was very kind and efficient. Entire process took no time. Highly recommend!!

I got there early & only waited about 45 minutes. There was only 2 employees working the front but they moved the line very quickly. People need to learn some patience. I understand being frustrated but they killed it considering they only had 2 workers!

We had to renew our drivers license and Nicole made that experience the best we have had at the Ofallon DMV office. Hopefully the office is full of Nicole’s because in the past years it was not a pleasant experience.

Nicole on the drivers license office side of the building is absolutely amazing! Most people know the anxiety of going to the DMV herself included, because of this she was beyond helpful!

Staff was friendly, and there was no one in line at all when I got there around 1pm . Only feedback I could give for improvement is that while I was only there for about 15-20 minutes. It could have been no more than 10 had the kid helping me not picked a phone call up and give that more priority than the person in front of him.

I was very appreciative of him proactively asking me if I wanted to add TODs to my title. I did want to but it slipped my mind and I would have forgot so I appreciated his proactiveness.

I notice a change as I walked in to a fully staffed office. Rachel welcomed me to the counter where she proceeded to be very friendly and extremely helpful!

Caylin was an exceptional employee who selflessly aided in my assistance..Definitely the star staff member for my experience at the ofallon licensing office. Ty!)

Staff here makes the DMV trip as close to bearable one can make it be. Be mad at Jefferson City; not the employees here.

I entered the DMV 3rd at 4:36pm (they close at 5). I was 3rd in line to renew my plates. Logan was extremely kind, courteous, and friendly to everyone I heard him help. I was out of there by 5:03. Logan was the only one doing renewals. Very efficient!

Staff was excellent to work with. They were friendly and helpful. The wait line has been restructured which moves things along quicker. Nice job!

Got there at 8:50 , always a long line first of the month. Lady came out directed every one. Line moved, was out by 9: 35. They did great. They know what there doing.

The lady that served me was pleasant and kind. Not how the LB used to be..

In and out in 20 minutes. Fast, friendly, and almost all windows with an agent!

By far the easiest place to title and renew your tags. I was in and out in about 20 mins and the employee was friendly and pleasant. They were even able to look up my insurance information since I forgot to bring in my insurance card. A far cry from what I am used to at NY DMV offices. There does seem to be quite a wait if you are looking to get or renew your license though.

Was in to get my trailer titled today and the lady behind the counter Rachel was knocking it out of the park. bada bing bada boom. I didn't even have time to set up my tent.
