During these times of over inflated prices and low inventory Eric and Kelly Baird worked tirelessly to help us find what we wanted and needed in a home. They helped us through the process until closing. They are hard working and extremely caring people. I recommend them highly.

Nancy was great. Found us a place in St Pete Beach with view of Bay last year. She was very supportive when we had to cancel this year due to illness. Will use them again.

Great personal service

Baird realty did not do a proper job of managing our property. Our property went unchecked and back rent was never collected. When the tenants moved out there was no move out check done and we were left to deal with the 15,000 dollars worth of damaged caused by the tenants. They have been awful to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone. They will not look after anything but they will make sure that they always get paid.

This leasing company does nothing more then collect rent checks. They rented us a property on st pete beach. It was furnished but we had some of our own furniture. They said they would come collect the furniture and put it in a storage unit. This never happened. We had beds in our living room and boxes of bathing towels and kitchen supplies that sat idle in corners of the rooms. Maintenence requests are a joke to these people. The back balcony had tile that was lifting up and causing a fault like break along the tiles. This was reported many times and yet we left our lease January 1 after a year and a half and nothing was done to fix the tile nor did anyone even come out to look at it. Another time we sent a video of a shower head that was shooting water toward the ceiling from the hose. This company sent out an incompetent maintenance person that exchanged out a perfectly good working shower head in the second bathroom and left the broken showerhead to spray water all over the bathroom. How can they make this mistake when they have a video of the shower heads and the heads look nothing alike? Turn the shower on and then you might see if its broke or not. Pretty simple maintenance guy. Then we come to moving out. At move out we cleaned the condo, replaced burnt out lights and handed in the keys. We were told by a leasing agent that we were getting our full $500 deposit back minus the standard $135 cleaning fee. A few days later we received a letter in the mail that was offering us $25 back from our deposit and this letter was dated from before we talked to the agent. She lied to our faces on the phone. Unbelieveable. We were losing our security deposit because a piece of glass from a table broke that is ancient anyway and apparently renters are responsible for recauking the bath tubes which I would believe is normal wear and tear. Overall this company was nothing more to us renters then a bill collector and after having such a bad experience I hope they read this and change their act. This is no way to treat renters who paid close to $30,000 in rent over a year in a half.

The realitirs do not follow up and reply to requests to see properties or return emails. I worked with two different realtors and this was the case with both of them.

Terrible service. Would never recommend them
