Our family recently moved from our large home and guesthouse on 8 acres in Milton, GA. This home is where we raised our family over the past 20 years. So to say the least it was emotional and difficult for us to make the transition to a new home.

Troy was the seller's agent when we purchased our home & we remember being *so* impressed with his level of professionalism! It wasn't your traditional "let your own agent show you this home".....Troy meets every buyer, for every showing & walks them through the home hisself. He took time to walk us through the home (both visits) & went above & beyond when he wasn't our agent.

When we decided to sell this same home 3.5 years later, the first (& only) agent we thought about using was Troy. (Even though, I am personally a licensed real estate agent).

We wanted to sell quickly - and Troy was up for the challenge! He moved his schedule around to accommodate our last minute appt request, came prepared with his partner Thad with comps & so much education on the market & our neighborhood, even the SIDE of the neighborhood we lived on. They laid out their process from start to finish & executed on the plan masterfully.

I can't tell you how amazing Troy (& his team's) communication was from start to finish! Troy kept us updated before & after everything! Every call, every showing, every offer (yes, we had MULTIPLE offers)! We had upwards 50-60 showings in the first 2 weeks & Troy handled them like a CHAMP! (He *had* to be exhausted - but you would never know)! We only had 1 showing where his teammate stepped in for the showing, but otherwise, Troy was there to personally show every.single.buyer our home! Talk about BUSY! (I'm pretty sure our home broke the record of showings for The Stowe Group ;-) )

Each day, he'd call us after all of the showings to give us the run-down on each visit, their interest level & the follow-up calls he planned on making. There was never a day or a time we couldn't get in touch with Troy or someone on his team. He makes you feel like you're his only client (which I guarantee, we were not)!

We closed on our home 1 month after listing - (FYI) homes at this price point ($1.8m aren't always so fortunate to sell so quickly)!
