This is a great Starbucks to visit while in West Palm Beach for a number of reasons...

4. QUITE AND NOT TOO BUSY
5. Did I mention the SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF?

This place isn’t perfect but I had to give it 5 stars for the amazing staff. It’s a very busy location so sometimes it could be a little quieter or cleaner, and they definitely set the AC too cold, but I still come here because the staff are just so kind.

There are several people who come here on a regular basis to kill time and may not buy anything (allowed under Starbucks policy btw) and the staff seems to know them all by name and remember thoughtful details about them. After I had come back a few times, an employee made it a point to introduce himself and get my name.

I just think it is so refreshing to see some kindness and true hospitality in this world.

Nice staff, quiet. Would be a good place to study or read. Also there is a short story dispenser.

Love this place , and the staff is always so friendly ,especially this morning when I pre ordered my coffee and someone else took off with it they were very helpful with getting me a new coffee right away ❤❤

Ordered a drink online and when I walked in 5 minutes later my drink was ready but it wasn’t taste as good as when I normally have it. I advised the person who was in the register on 10/30 at around 6:53- 7ish she didn’t even acknowledge my issue she just had a face moved on to do something else. I moved to the back and she told Zidney I hope I’m spelling her name correctly but with the time and date I’m sure y’all know who I’m talking about. Zidney was the total opposite from that other person her customer service skill was as it should! The questions making sure I walk out of there happy was her priority. She was great! Zindney should teach that other girl some customer service skill because she really didn’t have any. Thank you Zidney for loving your job!

Great service and quality. Didn’t have blonde roast ready and happily offered a pour-over instead.

Literally the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Awesome customer service, no wait, and stocked with everything. I ordered a dark roast and they took less than three minutes to brew it. I appreciated them taking the initiative to brew more, as I’ve been to Starbucks that just tell me they don’t have the dark roast and ask me to order something else. They also took the initiative to put cream in my coffee instead of just directing me to the condiment table like some other Starbucks. I never faulted other Starbucks for these things, but it makes me realize how lucky I am to have a good Starbucks like this one now. I will make sure to bring cash as you can not put a tip on cards.

We had a wonderful time at this Starbucks. Lana took great care of us. She was so friendly and personable. And so sweet to our little man. Meant so much to us.

Ernie and the other staff at this location are so incredibly friendly and helpful and courteous. They remember patron names and take the time to explain drinks to indecisive guests. I once got stuck in traffic and was late to pick up my mobile order and it had been watered down by the ice and they remade it for me without me even asking! I’ve only been to this location a couple of times, but every time I go I’m blown away by the level of customer service. I’ve even called corporate to let them know this store is particularly amazing.

I use the mobile ordering app multiple times a week before work because it is just a block from my apartment. Every single time my order has been ready and has been made perfectly. However, one time my drink was not made well. I called on the way to work and spoke with the manager, Kay. She was very apologetic and nice. I explained that I wasn't upset and that I would always continue coming to this store, but that I was just making her aware. She told me that the next time I was going to order to simply call and speak with her and she would personally make it. Absolutely love the customer service at this location, along with the very friendly staff.

Great atmosphere. Great service. Great employees.
Plus great coffee.

They are always so nice and even though the homeless people are a pain down there they are always gracious.

This Starbucks has no drive through. Even though I was not happy to have to park and walk into the Starbucks, the barista Darlene was so friendly and warm that my Friday morning was very pleasant. Thank you Darlene for a wonderful Friday morning.

This Starbucks is in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. It can be busy and parking is difficult during these times. But, is also a great spot on the weekends or during events when people want a great spot. The location is more of a downtown spot than it's more upscale-trendy City Place location. Great place to meet and greet.

They were so friendly, especially the barista. And the story printer is such a cute and fabulous idea. My daughter asked for me to star this starbucks on my maps as a favorite.

Love this Starbucks! Kay, the store manager, is awesome, she keeps her store clean, and has her staff engaged in great customer service. Keep up the good job guys!

Just like any other Starbucks...except, this one has Earnie. He makes an effort to put a smile on your face and to remember your name. Always seems to be happy and has really great customer service skills.

Only been to 100 or so Starbucks in my lifetime and easily this one on Clematis provides the best level of service...Timmy especially the man not only makes the best coffee BUT he remembers your exact order after only being there one time before...he would or will make the best bartender ever...
