The Wharf Restaurant

Sat right on the water and watched the pelicans and dolphins while we enjoyed an early dinner. LOVED the Jalapeño Conch Fritters! Fish Dip was good but I wish it came with veggies, onion and jalapeños. Shrimp Pasta bowl hit the spot for my date after a day at the beach. Service was friendly and attentive.

This was the best experience in dining that we had during our St. Pete stay. The server was very helpful, our food was cooked and seasoned perfectly! We got the Sesame Tuna App, Calamari, Blackened Grouper (huge portion!) with house salad and baked potato, and the Blackened Mahi Mahi with Caesar salad and Spicy Beans with rice.
We sat facing the water and were able to watch pelicans, Egret, and seagulls right around the docks. We enjoyed watching fish swim in the water in front of us, and boats coming and going.
The music and Vibe was exactly what we were looking for in a beach dinner experience.

Great little place! We sat outside and were a little nervous about being cold but there were little heaters that were awesome.

We ordered potato skins, the fish basket, chowder, and a garden salad.

The potato skins were excellent - really crunchy and flavorful.

Fish basket was amazing. The breading on the fish was awesome and crunchy. The fish was melt in your mouth delicious. I usually add ketchup and malt vinegar to my fish but this did not need it. Very crunchy and delicious hush puppies. Amazing portion for the cost.

The garden salad was nothing to write home about. Very simple, which I really appreciated. The balsamic dressing was the star of the show.

The chowder was the best I have had in ages. Enormous portion, I couldn't even finish it. Super flavorful with JUST enough bite to it.

Service was awesome and quick. He kept our drinks refilled and was very prompt.

Watching the pelicans dive into the water was so much fun. Very glad we chose this place.

Excellent dining experience. We drove 45 minutes to bring our out of state guests to have a Grouper Rueben sandwich.
Our waiter did a great job.

Wonderful restaurant in Pass-a-Grille. Their one lb, peel and eat shrimp with Old Bay cannot be beat! I'm from Maryland and officially a blue crab and shrimp snob (😂), and still, I have not had better steamed spiced shrimp! I was so impressed with this cozy restaurant that I went back the second night and ordered their shrimp and scallop curry, and it was plentiful and delicious too! My third and last night in town, I had to have some more of their peel and eat specialty and wished I was staying longer to dig deeper into their menu! They are located directly on the waterfront, so you have the choice of dining indoors or being seated outside to enjoy the view along with your meal. I will be back!!

My friend and I loved this place! Our waitress was awesome!!! She's a female from the UP; I don't remember her name, but she was great! The tuna appetizer was amazing! We split the blackened scallops, spicy beans and rice and french fries. The food came out quickly, was hot and delicious! The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. I highly recommend this place!!

True Old Skool Florida. Always a delight to see dolphins....raw oyster specials ! Old bay peel and eat shrimp .... They have some cocktails too. This is their rum mule with Captain Morgan ginger beer and pineapple juice yum 😋 grilled salmon was perfect.

First time at The Wharf and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest spot with amazing food and chilled atmosphere. The Shrimp and Caesar Salad is to die for. The service we received at the bar was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Prices are very reasonable.

We went in here after my son’s baseball game last week and the experience was absolutely incredible! The food was on point, I don’t even like black beans but I ate every bit of the nachos… Stanton was the manager on duty and made sure that we were well taken care of. Jim is the owner and he should be proud of his leadership and his staff… Thank you for a great lunch, we will be back!

What a great place to dine right on the water and watch the Pelicans up close.

Hands down the best hush puppies I have ever had! The peel and eat was awesome and the staff was super awesome. A great laid back local joint. So don't be a jerk if you're popping in from out of town!

A nice local spot to grab a bite to eat and watch the fishing boats come in. If you are looking for quality food and great drinks, this is the spot. They have a lot of options when it comes to their food menu and they have a good selection of IPA's and mixed drinks. Will be back for more good food and good times.

Great service. Good food. Server knew her beer. Kids were happy. Jello shots! Peel your own shrimp were super sweet and tasty.

Great views and ambiance. Good vibes. Excellent service. Grouper is phenomenal… so is everything else. Perfect “beach” bar and restaurant.

Amazing peel and eat shrimp. Bloody Mary’s nothing special. Kids liked their food selection. Fun atmosphere. Hot so just wear your bathing suit. Parking is punished but usually works out. Oysters were a bust! Very disappointing. Fish spread was good flavor

got grouper bites, grilled grouper sandwich, fried green tomatoes, Beach Blonde beer. all very good, fresh. laid back place, very casual. sat by the docks on the canal in the shade, comfortable. felt very much in tune with the atmosphere we like at St. Pete Beach.

We love The Wharf Restaurant and stop in every chance we get. If you get the chance to sit outside by the water..absolutely do it!! How fun it was to watch boats come in and dolphins jump out of the water while enjoying our food. There's also an area to pull your boat up and tie to the dock to enjoy some good food. As for good food..theres many choices and all are worth the wait you sometimes run into. My Husband loves the Lobster Bites & Fried Mushrooms. I usually get the Aldredo Pasta Dinner w/ Grilled Chicken. I add steamed broccoli to mine. It's delicious and portions are always plenty. I can never finish my meal. This trip we tried different dishes and we were not disappointed. My Husband got the Billy's Steak & Cheese Burger..it was Massive and he enjoyed it. Very juicy burger! I got the Wharf Steak & Cheese grinder. Both dishes came with ample amount of perfectly crispy fries. I did ask for some mayo for my sandwich..but if that's not your thing it's just as good plain or with some ketchup. Add yourself a deliciously cold drink from the bar and you'll be a repeat customer like us! Oh..and watch out for the seagulls..those little suckers will snatch your food right off your plate as your looking right at them!!

The wait for a table and our food was a little long but so worth it. We sat on the patio and had a lovely view of the water and boats passing. The food was delish! We had several appetizers and two entrees and we all loved our food. Drinks were good too! Definitely a St. Pete staple!
