I called 2 days prior and asked for an estimate on getting my phone screened fixed. They gave me an estimate and I showed up and they fixed my phone in 30 minutes! They were very helpful and I ended up buying a phone case too. Will end up coming back!

Literally, hands down the fastest screen repair I’ve ever had done and for the price, the quality exceeded my expectations.
I went to the Apple store in the morning an they wanted to charge damn near 300 bucks for a cracked screen (might as well got a new phone 🙄)
I was recommended through a friend of this place an reading reviews (like we all do) I figured “let’s check it out” the prices looked too good to be real. But it was REAL!!! real quick, real professional, an best of all REAL cheap. Jeffrey keeps his prices fair an he definitely has a return customer not that ME personally want to be (only because I know I’ll crack my screen again 🤷🏽‍♀) but I’ll most definitely recommend anyone that asks if need phone repair services.

Excellent service !!! Apple had a 4 day wait for service since COVID is still out and about. So I called JEFF and he said bring both down for repair and it would take 15 mins per each phone repair !!
As he said but was done in 30 mins and we were out and about on our way home. Highly recommend!!

Jeff from Iplugorlando has great customer service skills and amazing attitude. I was his last customer of the day and he came though by taking the time to service my daughters iPhone plus by replacing her screen. The most amazing part is that he does it so quickly and right in from of you. So you never have to wonder if someone is messing around with your cell. He knows these devices like the back of his hands. I will recommend him to anyone needing cell phone repair 100%. Everyone has a certain barber they go to every time they need a hair cut.
