Big Lots

It's been awhile since we went to this Big lots and it was before it was remodeled. Before it was not organized and just a cluster of items. Their new layout is much nicer, cleaner and organized. It was actually nice to look around and it was easy to find items. Will come here more often now.

Ron and Freddie REALLY made my out of town experience so much more pleasant. I am in Florida for an emergency and both gentlemen made my shopping experience the only easy part of this visit! Thank you again guys!

Great selections bigger than the other big lots I've found in the kissimmee area it's 20 minutes away. Definitely worth the drive 😉.

There was a desk out of stock, so the team let me have display and pushed it to my car. Cashier was nice girl and the guy that pushed it to my car was nice. Store was organized for all the stuff they have!

Had a wonderful cashier Raven today. He made conversation and was personable while being efficient as well. Also had a great interaction with a manager, but didn't catch his name. He was out and about working with the team stocking shelves and organizing carts. I felt appreciated as a customer.

Place is a gem. I find stuff from office Depot at half the price. As well as very good national brands. Even a keymaker in the front. Also. They offer military/veteran 🎖🪖 discount. This is amazing and very well though off. Glad to be recognize from any corporate store.

Able to buy groceries at a very reasonable price. Some items are more expensive then other competitors, but the majority of the wide range of selection. The price doesn't matter at that point when trying to do errands and have less stops on a roadtrip.

Best shipping experience I had in a while. I usually haven't shopped at big lots in the past but I went in looking for a sofa and got one that day. I don't usually leave reviews but the service I got was excellent.im not sure the lady's name but come to find out she is the store manager and one of the best managers I've dealt with in a while. More people need to be this good at their job and really take pride like this lady did. Who ever is the manager above her or even corporate need to realize that this lady goes above and beyond everyday all day. Company's should be lucky to have someone like her to run this store.i wanna say her name with Kathy but could be wrong sry. To the store manager at the location keep doing what ur doing, ur awesome ,hard working great personality and a great person to deal with from.a customer.

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable workers and we were in a hurry and needed to be in and out and the lady helped us out quickly and efficiently. Great prices and great customer service! Store was fully stocked and very clean!

I have been here several times, and time was to purchase a twin mattress for one of our rooms. I was surprised to see a great improvement made to the store. New layout and very clean. Got my twin mattress with super good service. Thanks Big Lots, I will be back.

Wow! My friend and I went in for just a few items and came out with "lots" of great deals. DVDs, Pet items, Holiday items.
We were in the store for over 2 hours.

I absolutely love shopping at Big Lots. Not only are their prices reasonable; but it's very close to my house. I love the sales associates and cashiers. Charmaine is one of my favorites. She's been friendly with me since she worked at the Big Lots on OBT & Holden Avenue. As long as I live in the area, I will be a customer. I will probably come back if I move. So, Thank You Big Lots for providing great service and great prices. Just one more thing, when are you getting those tea lights back in stock. I'd rather buy a large amount, it lasts a long time. Thanks!

So far every time a visit the store it looks clean, organize and the service is good.
