Berkeley Beach Club

The entire team was WONDERFUL and helped us have a spectacular holiday weekend. The property, food, and response was top notch. We are local and felt miles away. Helped us love our favorite beach so much more.
We are already planning our next stay.

I just got back from a weekend stay at the Dewey where my mother hosted my bridal shower and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue.

We had the shower in the STUNNING courtyard area which was just lovely (we’re getting married in Italy and the vibes of the vines, gas lanterns and waterfall made us all feel like we were already in Tuscany!!) - the staff went above and beyond to help my mom and sister set up the tables just how they envisioned. Each guest could barely make it through the door without being greeted with a smile and asked what they would like to drink, we had soooo many compliments on how fabulous the staffs service was.

Following the shower we went to the rooftop to enjoy sunset and WOW what a hidden gem this spot was. Erika the bartender went above and beyond to make sure every guest had the drink they wanted, they even reserved a whole area for our party to sit.

We were lucky to book a room over this busy Easter weekend as well, we had a beautiful two bed 2 bath suite which exceeded my expectations - it was HUGE! And just one block from the beach!

Cannot thank Dan, Ann and the whole staff enough for accommodating the most beautiful weekend. We will 100000% be back and hope to host another event very soon there!

Terrific experience and stay at Berkeley Beach Club! The entire staff were incredible, especially Alix and Dan. Our suite on the 3rd floor was perfectly appointed with everything we could need. We loved the shared balcony, views, and the breakfasts were delicious, and they accommodated our gluten free preference. We also ordered appetizers and salads from The Dewey Saturday evening and they went above and beyond and delivered it to us plated. We’ll be back!

Beautiful location and outstanding service / communication. Clean, spacious rooms with everything we needed. Having beach chairs, beach towels, etc available meant less to pack and one more bonus. All made for a relaxing and very special week.

Attended a bridal shower in the downstairs courtyard and it was beautiful! Amazing location walkable from the beach. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent! Will definitely be back here to enjoy or to host another event!

Love The Berkeley! Our room was great with views of the Gulf and intracoastal from our huge balcony. Lots of places to walk to. The staff was amazing. I lost a key fob and Mike and Alix did everything in their power to find it. Including going to another restaurant we went to the night before to see if I dropped it there. Once found, Mike delivered it to me at the restaurant we were having breakfast. Above and beyond!

Attended an event here in the courtyard and upstairs bar and it was incredible! Beautiful venue with an amazing staff.

The location and parking was wonderful, will definitely be back.

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. The staff goes completely out of their way to do whatever you need to make your stay great. The rooftop bar and its views are incredible. We ate one meal at the restaurant and it was very good. Perfect location....we plan on staying again.

Highly recommend!! Berkeley Beach Club was the perfect location for our beach stay-cation. I am local, therefore I know the area well and was super impressed with this boutique hotel. Located less than an half block to the beach, with parking provided. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Service is excellent, everyone was so nice and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and the rooftop bar has a nice ambiance for an evening cocktail. Don't hesitate to book!

The Berkley Beach Club was built I. 2019, so it's fresh and new. We have stayed there for 2 July 4th vacations in 2021 and 2023 and love the property and restaurant. This year, Jack took care of every need we had. He ensured our breakfasts were vegan and went out to the grocery store to get me oat milk. We love Jack. Beach chairs, buggies, umbrellas and towels are provided. The Dewey has a great vegan entree on the menu and we love the quaintness of the restaurant right on the property. On July 4th morning, we got to watch the golf cart parade, which was lovely. On a holiday weekend, parking is a huge issue if friends are joining you on the beach. The water pressure was very slow, but overall a very enjoyable stay. We live in Passe A Grille, so it's the perfect place to stay if you want a nicer, luxury experience. We are locals with Passe A Grille, our beach of choice in Pinellas.

Fourth visit to the Berkeley Beach Club. And all of then was as magical as the first visit. So many things to so and the staff is always there and friendly when you need them. We always ❤ love our visits and consider Berkeley our home away from home. Can't wait for our next visit.

I really enjoy that venue, It’s upscale and it is called beach club because it’s close to the beach, most people are casual dressed, not “beachy” dressed. Dining room on main floor opens at 5. There is a outside seating on the patio which could be great if the weather is not to hot. The roof top bar offers a great view and I think it’s first arrive first served and it offers a nice view of the gulf and outstanding sunset. The food is very very good.

We were guests of a friend and loved this experience. Everything went smoothly once figuring out parking. This is a quiet peninsula and beautiful. The main street has clothing stores and eateries. The hotel room was stellar with everything you could want. You can walk a half block to the gulf or the other direction to the inter coastal. They supply beach chairs and ECT at the hotel.
Tip: look for the email address of the continental breakfast to make changes. It was a European breakfast, all meat and cheese and less of a continental but they take request before hand. Parking is free along the water once you register your car with the hotel. Weekends is challenging to park until after sunset.

Amazing time at the Berkeley Beach Club, Dewey Restaurant (yum!) and Rooftop bar. Accommodations for our group were outstanding (even our pet had his own welcome gift). Communication and instructions were very detailed and space itself was big and very comfy for 4 in a 2-bdrm space.

Proximity to beach, local shops & restaurants super easy; most relaxing staycation we've had in a long time. Owner Maryann and her team were so charming and helpful, cannot wait to make it back!

A true pearl in the Ocean of luxury places. The hotel is modern and first class in every way but what sets it apart from others are the exceptional crew that bring this place to life and made our celebration a "once-in-a-lifetime". Although each deserve mention, a special shout-out to Eduardo who went above and beyond with the service and his picture taking abilities!
Do try the Croque Madame if hanging around for Brunch!!

I booked a two bedroom for my husbands birthday because it was close to the beach and Marina, plus has a restaurant and a rooftop bar! It definitely exceeded our expectations with the cleanliness, comfort and amazing views. It had everything we needed and then some!

I have to give an A++ to the Dewey and Christina for putting together an awesome birthday dinner with a delicious select menu for our 14 guests and handling all my last minute requests in a super timely manner! She was even able to order a birthday cake, thought of everything to accommodate two young children at the table, and reserved a space for us on their rooftop to watch the beautiful sunset afterwards! We were all blown away by the service, food and cocktails and we have several family members who work in the hospitality industry! Brunch on Sunday was also an extremely nice touch and very tasty as well (cherry jubilee brioche French toast, yum!) Thank you again, I’m already planning our next getaway!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we are so happy we did!!! Great location, super close to the beach and great restaurants. Alix and Katie were so helpful and reached out to us before our stay to make sure we were well equipped to have a great vacation, they made us feel so special and accommodated! We highly recommend and definitely wish to visit again in the near future!

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The service was wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking to load and unload can be a bit difficult but nothing the hotel can improv on. Their directions for check in are extremely helpful. We enjoyed the beach (very close and they provide beach chairs,etc) & the rooftop bar. The food was good and bartenders were awesome!

We are staying in a 2 bdrm condo style space and its fantastic! They have a wonderful restaurant on the first floor and a rooftop bar with private space for guests! 1/2 block to the beautiful beach! Offers complimentary breakfast too!

We stayed here over a long weekend for a small family reunion, and it exceeded our expectations. Accommodations were high end, with tons of space, exceptionally comfortable. Beyond that, the staff made the trip. Very accommodating and helpful at every turn. Really cant say enough. Was great to be just steps from the beach. The restaurant downstairs, The Dewey, offered the best food I've had in St. Pete beach, hands down! We capped off several evenings with cocktails at sunset on the rooftop patio. Really can't say enough about our stay. Already looking forward to our next trip!
