I lost the receipt & deleted the email and can’t find either 😫 but her name was something like Heimyha. (I may have spelled it wrong I am sorry in advance). It was the best customer care I’ve ever had in that store. She helped find sizes and helped me to the register as well it was the best customer service I had in any store that day and I went to a bunch. It was 5/5/2023 yesterday around 12:45 pm. She was super friendly and kind. I was very grateful for the assistance it made shopping easy and enjoyable.

Very kind associates, great sale prices. I didn't intend to buy anything that day, but buy one, get one for 50% off encouraged me to buy 2 pairs of shoes.

Oops, I bought another pair of shoes. Could not help myself. They were on sale what a deal. Always have to check their sales when I am at the outlet. But, be careful the deals are so good you won't be able to resist . Styles are beautiful and the leather soft and comfy....HAPPY SHOPPING.
