Every month, my deaf boyfriend pays his phone bills. One Spanish woman is really amicable, and sometimes she can help him learn how to interact by using text messages to talk or by writing down crucial information on the note pad of his phone.

The staff was very helpful. Although they only had one person working so several people came in and left because of the line I myself personally can't complain because he was helping me.

Best Metro by T-Mobile in town! Everytime I go to pay my phone bill or to look at new promotions, I get great customer service. My favorite rep (Zully) is no longer is there, but the rest are just as great!!!! :)

The girl working there was very helpful and very efficient. She didn't try to waste our time. Got us the phones we wanted and the plans and we were done

Went in to get both my parents new phones. They 2 wonderful girls working there were pleasant and so friendly. In and out in 20 minutes tops that included changing numbers from other provider.

Great service wonderful staff ,staff has always explained things to their fullest and have always been good at solving problems that I've had trouble with phone I will be happy to tell family and friends about this carrier
