Even crowded they were VERY efficient and fast. I mailed 32 christmas cards and four gift packages. The team took time to help me pick the correct shipping for when I wanted delivery. They saved me some bucks. Parking was safe and no one accosted me as happened at the usps.

The same people are there and they anticipate your needs even though I am not a frequent regular (once or twice a month). They have been very helpful even during the busy holidays.

Associate was very knowledgeable and polite. Would recommend to anyone... A++

Employee 16933 was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. Obviously the store is very busy and he is making money, so why care!

I had to return 2 pieces of Spectrum equipment and 2 different Amazon returns. They had me in and out within 3 minutes. Very friendly too. Made my day!

The Younglady working the front is EXCEPTIONAL!!! This crew work fast and efficient inspite of a waiting room of some of the MOST impatient peopleI have ever seen in my LIFE!! This girl and guy do-o made my visit here very welcoming! The public needs to be more patient and less judge mental bc these two, ESPECIALLY the girl with the pony tail today3/14/23, ARE FABULOUS! She handled things for me very carefully. I missed and left my phone in my car and she knew how to handle this…helping me with the information letting me get my phone to pay while helping others in line Sotho gs went smoothly and then later helping me fulfill my purchase!! That’s what I CALL SERVICE!! Hope she is the Mgr?! ☺👍👍👍👍LD

I would like to recognize Tiffany and the two other employees at The UPS store on 12/20/21.
I came in with my very elderly father needing something notarized. Unfortunately, we had mistakenly signed in the place we were not supposed to. Tiffany was therefore unable to
Notarize the document. She was so sweet and patient with us and did her best to find us a solution to our problem. I live out of town and could not come back any other time.
One of her suggestions worked but when we returned to get the document signed, she had gone to lunch. One of the other workers told her that we were back and she put down her lunch to come notarize the paper. That is excellent customer service and we deeply appreciated her helping us. I will always remember that kind deed. Thank you Tiffany and the rest of the staff!!!

Sital is amazing! About a month ago I was trying to return a package to Amazon but my Amazon account wouldn’t let me send the email of the shipping label to print. She helped me with my Amazon account settings, spent time explaining things to me, stayed patient and kept checking the stores email over and over every time I tried sending it and she figured out the issue, which I had to fix with amazon and my account. It was fixed later that day but I just got around to finally returning the package and what she said worked! My email went through right away and I got my package returned!Thank you so much Sital!!!

The UPS store can be very busy at times, but the staff have ALWAYS been very helpful as well as very nice to myself and other customers when I have been there. I am very satisfied with the service that I get there.

Thank you to Shayla for helping us out with a claim for a customer. We are grateful for working with us to getting him reimbursed as quickly as possible and sending it all the way to San Antoino, Texas.

Always a great experience. They are very helpful with our large boxes and even let us use their hand truck. I hate seeing the bad reviews but unfortunately you can’t be in a hurry when each customer needs to be handled. Also unfortunately they need to make some kind of revenue such as boxes, tape, shipping etc. I try to go not during lunch or right after work and it helps with speed. Thank you.

I always have such an amazing experience at this location. I came to learn there is new ownership now. The staff Shana,Tiffany, and Sital always greet with a smile on their face and do their best to help me. Will definitely continue going back to this location!

I had a massive work project that needed laminating, printing and shipping. The three ladies working were so helpful and gave me great customer service despite being super busy at the time. They were wonderful and I will certainly go back for the rest of my shopping needs.

This UPS Store located in Salisbury, NC has great customer service people, they are friendly and helpful. I have mailed out so many packages over the years and never had any problems, with people or businesses not receiving them. The store is clean and easy to find . I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get packages sent or buy stamps.

Tiffany was doing a great job today handling both in-person and call-in customers. She was able to move quickly between customers because of her knowledge of what each customer needed. She helped each person to understand what they needed to do with her packages.

Took a package to be returned to Amazon. The young lady working was courteous and professional with a very pleasant attitude all while handling a store full of people at 5pm. Great job......

Just had to hop on and say how amazing and hard working the staff here is especially with the crazy holiday lines. I got delayed with work and was unable to ship out Christmas presents, and the staff here was able to pack up everything for me and make sure everything was delivered before Christmas even though I came in as they were about to close!

Wow! Excellent customer service at this location. I arrived right at closing time and when most places would have said, “we’re closed” the amazing employees at this location smiled and welcomed me in and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. So thankful for their great customer service!!
