What a great gym! A little pricey but it felt right for what I was getting, clean gym, the ambiance was great(the blue lights were my favorite)(not the pink ones when you had them on for some reason😅), not very crowded like you would get going to LA or those other big clubs. Great equipment, I loved not having to wait for a squat rack there were a lot. Loved the sauna room and steam room, and cold plunge was a plus. The classes were cool as well. The only thing I think was frustrating is when they added pilates and it wasn’t included with the price and they said it was $25 a class… I thought that was ridiculous for the price I paid already to go there. So that may be the only negative thing. Other than that I highly recommend it!

Belinda is the reason why I joined Palm Beach Sports Club! Childcare was so important to me when choosing a gym. My daughter begs to come here to spend time with Belinda because she makes it so fun! I know that my children are in good hands and I can come workout worry free. She is hands down the best! She is so great with children of all ages, even my 9 year old son lives coming here. I don’t know how she does it, she keeps the childcare room so organized and under control, we will never go to another gym as long as she is here!

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback regarding my experience at Palm Beach Sports Club.

About a year and a half ago, a friend and I found ourselves in need of a new gym after Jupiter Fitness closed its doors. Fortunately, we came across Palm Beach Sports Club and decided to join. I must say that we have been thoroughly impressed with the facilities and service provided by your team.

The gym is upscale and well-equipped, with a wide range of amenities available. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist with any queries or concerns. Despite being a larger gym, there is a boutique feel to the place which adds to the overall experience.

Thank you to the entire team at Palm Beach Sports Club for maintaining such high standards and for creating a welcoming environment for all members. Keep up the excellent work!

Belinda is an amazing human being and she truly cares for kiddos. Not everyone can handle special needs children but she is truly a gem with Zach. I also enjoy the group classes on Saturday morning , and Monday, Tuesday night classes. I love this gym in particular for the ambiance, the staff, the machines, the sauna, and steam room. I have been coming to this gym for years now and now that we have Zach, the care and attention he gets with Belinda is truly a wonderful experience. When I am working out or in my classes, I am at ease. Zach is in great hands. We love Belinda and Zach adores her! ❤

I highly recommend this gym ! I been coming for years equipment and facilities are 10/10 I love the cold plunge and my Son loves the kids club we love Belinda !! They upgraded the entire gym few years ago and it’s amazing !

My 3 kids have been coming to Golds/Palm Beach Sports Club kid care for the past 4 years. They Absolutley adore Miss Belinda and look forward to us coming here just so they can spend time with her and do crafts, gymnastics, and sports. Nobody loves my kids quite like she does and I always feel confident knowing she is caring for them!

Thank God for Belinda! My son hated kid care in gyms until now. It made being consistent very difficult in my routine. Enter BELINDA. She genuinely loves the kids and PLAYS with them. My son would ask which days she was working-those are the days he wants to go. I am so grateful she’s here at PBSC.

My kids beg me to go to the gym everyday because they love Belinda and the childcare. Way to hold me accountable girls!!! Love this gym so much. Highly recommend to all my mom friends!

Been working out here for years and it never gets old! Spa is great, equipment is awesome, and staff is super welcoming and always willing to help! I would recommend this gym to anyone in south Florida! It’s always so clean and even the members are all a community and super friendly. 10/10!

This gym is where it’s at! Me and my boys love the gardens location for many reasons! The turnaround time on maintenance is super quick and the equipment is all new and super clean! Kayla the gm is super helpful and Hope is great about membership

This sports club is a real hidden gem in the heart of Palm Beach County. It boasts an incredibly friendly community of young and ambitious staff, alongside a fantastic team of trainers. I've been attending Carolina's Yolates class regularly, and it's been truly transformative for my body, making me stronger and more resilient. She is hands down the best trainer I've ever had, and the energy she brings to the studio during her classes is simply incredible. I'm starting to worry that soon there won't be any available spots left in her sessions. Nonetheless, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for her exceptional professionalism.

I have been coming to PBSC for a several years now and I love coming to workout I love all the groups classes and all the instructors! The equipment is super nice and so are the people! The BEST part is the childcare! I have been bringing my son for the last year (since he was 6 months old) and he loves it! Belinda is the BEST! I am so thankful to have a gym that takes such good care of my boy!

There are so many great things about this gym, but the most important thing that we love about this gym is Mrs. Belinda in child care. My husband and I have been able to work out and not worry about our son since he was a few months old. Mrs. Belinda cares for our son like he is her own. She keeps us updated on what he is up to while we work out and she is always involved playing games and helping the children do art. In Palm Beach most gyms have great equipment and clean standards but only one gym has a Mrs. Belinda! It’s a nice bonus that the gym is remarkable as well.

Palm Beach Sports Club has been such an inviting, motivating atmosphere from even the first day of trying as a guest. The coaches are amazing, classes are fun and challenging, and the front desk staff is very friendly. I’m so looking forward to trying the new pilates classes!

I have been coming to PBSC for 8 1/2 years specifically because of Belinda in the childcare. She’s upbeat, supportive, and we consider her a good friend. She has supported our son who has special needs for almost his whole life. She plays games with him, listens to music, and makes him feel important and engaged. The gym facilities are good too we especially like the cold plunge. Highly recommend!!

Stopped into this gym over the weekend and I had the best experience ever!! The staff is so cool and welcoming. The cold plunge was amazing for recovery. Highly recommend. Ask for the manger Kayla when you stop in if you have any questions

We've been coming to this gym for many years and have been bringing our 8 year old twins since they were 3 months old. I have multiple gym memberships and Belinda in daycare is the reason we keep a membership here. Anytime the kids are with me I visit this gym and the kids prefer this daycare over all others. I also enjoy the gym cleanliness, steam room and diverse weight equipment selection.

We’ve been members at PBSC form the beginning. We love the atmosphere, the organization and layout of the equipment, the sauna and the cold plunge. Hands down the best gym experience in the area. Our three year old son has been going to Ms. Belinda in the daycare since he was 4 months old and adores her. It’s the highlight of his day, and ours.

We have known Ms Belinda for years and our boys love her! Our kids are now 12 and 10 and still enjoy going to the kids room! They have so much fun there! Ms Belinda is the most caring, fun, organized, disciplined and reliable person. When your kids go there, you know they are going to be in great hands, and you can go and do your workout with peace of mind. We are so thankful for her! Almost 8 years that the boys have been under her care 💫🙏. Thank you for everything Ms Belinda!
