Waited a very long time after my scheduled appointment time and then felt rushed once i was in with the "tech" and Dr. The Dr didn't even actually check my vision. The "tech" went through the motions of checking my vision. She didn't ask me or let me know that my eyes were going to be dilated. She just put in the drops. I don't have vision insurance. There are extra charges to check vision and for a pair of trial contact lenses. Why aren't those included in the well over $200 charge for the eye exam that takes maybe 10 min?? Very unhappy. I don't recommend. Go to Wal-Mart! I could have went to Wal-Mart and had a better experience for less. Which I will be doing from now on.

This place is trash. For one, there is no direct phone line to speak with someone. All you can do is talk with their call center, which will give you the same number that no one ever picks up! Why isn't there a direct phone number? How unprofessional can you be?
