I’m extremely pleased with the service I received at Sur Por-1.

Wish I could give zero starts...Absolutely Horrible! Flied my tax without my consent. Did not even tell me he filed...I had to find out from another tax preparer. Charged me over $800.00!!! And refused to refund these crazy fees of my money. I regret doing business with him! SAVE YOUR YOURSELF DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM HE IS A SCAMMER!!!

don't file your taxes with them ever!!!!! Mike noleus filed my taxes- charged me over $400 for my taxes and I've yet to receive any of my money back! He doesn't answer the and is always on vacation. Managed to buy himself a brand new jeep truck and still can't give my MY MONEY the was deposited into his account on june 7th and it is now june 22nd

I filed my taxes with them for 2020 tax year and still didn’t get my refund due to him filing the wrong income on me which now has the irs holding and freezing my return I never went through this before from previous years until now so when you call the fake assistant all ways answer the phone and says he not their when she know he is in the back but I’m just gonna pop up cause he has some answers to that need tobe answered about my money before I seek legal advice
