Holiday Inn Express West Palm Beach Metrocentre, an IHG Hotel

Great experience, Hotel manager Frantz spent the morning making sure all the guests at breakfast were taken care of. Excellent personalized customer service with a smile. A couple years ago we stayed at a hotel next to this one and it was run down and dirty. This Holiday Inn Express is beautiful and all the employees have gone out of their way to make sure our stay is 5 STARS!

Great property, comfortable rooms and well furnished. Breakfast was quite good too.
Our key cards stopped working and Bensley at the reception helped us out nicely.

But, breakfast could be better organized. Things are at different locations and was a bit hard to find around.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Accommodations and amenities were all up to par. Unfortunately the rooms did have a smell reminiscent of feet and mold. Otherwise clean and well stocked. Great breakfast!!!

The looks like a 5 stars, the staff very nice, the room smell good, the service is excellent and the managers very kind to customers, I cannot complain; good job guys. If I have to come back here I will come back to Holiday in Express at Metrocentre at palm beach.

Frantz the hotel manager is awesome! Very helpful. We slept past breakfast and were eating some snacks in the lobby waiting for our Uber, Frantz gave us drinks and more snacks while we waited and was very friendly.

i will highly recommended i been in this Hotel For one month and half and all the staff managers the Maintenance person really helpful Really Professional they always checking to make sure we don't need anything the Maintenance person he is always making sure the hotel have everything working and Clean managers always making sure all there guess fill like home this hotel is really clean bathrooms lobby etc. they speck Spanish and different languages you will not regret to come here

Our AC went out so we had to find a hotel within our budget but close to our house since the kids were starting back to school, I know horrible timing for the AC to go out. During this stressful time the employees made this experience a good one. The breakfast was a good variety of foods and good timing for the kids to eat and get to school on time. The employees greated you everytime you walked in and Always made sure you had everything you need, ex; towels, plates, silverware. The pool was a good size and water was perfect. The only thing is they only had one working umbrella nothing but a quick fix that could do.

I traveled to this hotel for business. Checking in was smooth and simple. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I held a training at the location and it was a good experience. I wish I had more time to see things in the area, but if I am in West Palm Beach again I will look at the availability of this hotel.

We had a great experience at this location. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was on point. Most of all I appreciated the customer service from Michelle at the front desk who went over and above to accommodate us. I’ll be back!

Very clean and nice place. Rooms were excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. Michelle, asst. mgr, was excellent at her job and made our stay very good.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. We were given rooms on the first floor which is always a plus. Free Breakfast as well.😍 The area that needs improvement is the front desk personnel. They were lacking compared to other hotels that I've visited but not enough to remove a star.

Danilka was amazing, welcoming and full of joy and warm smile. She definitely brings this holiday inn to light. Definitely would recommend staying here

Very impressed! Got here super early, and house keeping rushed and got us on a room. Super friendly...doesn't smell bad like other hotels we've been staying at. Very clean, modern, fresh coffee with flavored creamers all day. Very happy with this choice.

I had a wonderful experience, the room clean and comfortable as always with IHG properties. I would like to say the manager on duty Hemal Parag went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I forgot my phone charger, and he roused one up for me. He was polite, and professional. I would stay there again. The breakfast was very accommodating during this Covid. Had cheese omelet, bacon, sausage and gravy over biscuits with yogurt and apple juice. Healthy portions served to you.

Super comfy. Really great night sleep. Clean, small but nice pool, pleasant staff. Breakfast was great. Even my little picky eater had plenty she liked. Totally recommend.

Stay was so nice,they are great! Clean rooms very attentive, they even welcome you with soft cookies and coffee. Plus free breakfast. Pool area is nice...I cant complain. Thank you so much for the staff that made my family and me feel welcome ! Thank u soooo much

Our family travels a lot but this hotels definitely five stars. The facility is clean the rooms are clean and up-to-date in the breakfast was good I highly recommend. Michelle at the front desk was very professional and nice thank you so much for being different than the other hotels that don't seem to care about their gas and their comfort
