Great place pools are heated. Steakhouse is incredible. 5 stars! Very pricey but worth it!

This was a business/vacation trip, I was baking a cake for a wedding. So I had initially booked an Airbnb for a kitchen to bake the cake and we had others that were to stay with us. However when we arrived at the Airbnb and having a horrible experience with them (double booking us) and almost staying in one of the worst hotels in West Palm Beach. I booked 2 rooms here (thank God they were side by side with connecting rooms) we ended up staying here for 3 nights and 3 days we had a wonderful time after such a horrible beginning. We were very well taken care of, the staff were very friendly, the hotel was fantastic and very clean. My husband, myself and our 4 kids had a great time in the heated pool and Jacuzzi. We thank you Hilton team for making our stay unforgettable! If we ever need to travel that way again we will be sure to stay with you again. Thank you!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a modern and welcoming lobby, setting the tone for a seamless stay. MK, the guest service attendant that helped us was kind, courteous, and very helpful getting us set up with our rooms. He even gave us drink/food vouchers to use during our stay!

Whether was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or fulfilling special requests, the staff consistently delivered top-notch hospitality.

My favorite part about staying here was the breakfast. Not only are you sitting in a glass atrium enjoying the views of the rising sun on the lake. There is a made to order omelette bar that offers a wide variety of ingredients, catering to anything you could imagine. As you sip your coffee and eat your freshly made breakfast you will thank me that you stayed here.

My family and I come to the Hilton on Friday nights to see our favorite bartender Don, for exceptional service! drinks are always filled and food is amazing! We have been coming here for over 15 years, and have held various special events here! I highly recommend it!

We love coming to the outdoor space behind the hotel. The pool is always lovely, the tiki bar is such a blast. The bartenders are so fun, we especially love Phillip!! On a sunny day it’s nice to get a drink and watch the boats and jet skis come up to the dock.

Only went for lunch at Uno's Chicago style deep dish pizza. It was very good. You have to order online first and pick up at the lobby Cafe

We had our church event April 12/13 and it was beautiful.... My first event but my church had plenty events since 2016 so it's becoming a place to go all the time for events

Location was perfect for our trip. Strategically located near dining, shopping and interstate highways. Front desk staff were welcoming and professional. Had a housekeeping issue and front desk staff personally addressed and corrected it. The buffet was very good with a wide variety of options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is aesthetically pleasing and even better at night. Asked for best view available and wasn't disappointed. There was some minor construction going on and one elevator required repair. Stay was so good the slight inconvenience was nothing. I would definitely stay again and I recommend them for your travel accommodations.

It’s always a great time at the tiki bar by the pool if Philip is bartending! Superior customer service and always a friendly face!!

Great visit. Love the pool area with pool and foosball tables. Breakfast staff was outstanding. Front desk check-in was smooth even though the hotel was almost sold out. The hotel is not new but I would definitely stay here again

Outside tiki bar is the best “secret” in PBC! Bartenders are the best! Kudos especially to the bestest bartenders Phillip & Jessica!

My husband and I stay here anytime we want to go on a staycation. Very nice hotel. Lots of amenities, great food, free happy hour and most importantly, the friendliest staff!! I could go on for days about how wonderful the staff is. I want to give a special shout out to Jessica and Phillip from the Tiki Bar. They are the nicest wait staff that I have the pleasure of interacting with. I highly recommend all to stay here, I promise you that you will love staying there as much as we do.

Fabulous staff. They are friendly, and will do anything to help make your stay comfortable. I had the pleasures of eating in the Tony Romas bar of the hotel. I had an exceptional service by Brandon.. He made every drink prefect.. Thank you for taking care of us!

Attended a conference so I am only able to review the conference hall, which was clean.

My daughter and I stayed for a few days for family business and to have some fun with friends and enjoy the area. We got a daily text asking if everything was going well and asking if we needed anything. We needed to stay another day and they were able to accommodate. The roim was clean and no complaints although bed and pillows could have been a little more comfy, they were fine. Loved the view over pool watching the jetskis. We had fun with the bar staff one night and our waitress for dinner another night (Tony Romas) was great and the food was delicious! Our last day we went to dining room for breakfast buffet. Service was good, food choices were typical, but a good end to our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect close location from the airport and they have their own shuttle.

Best part is their outside pool.

This property is my favorite Hilton of all. Awesome tiki out back to relax at night and a very well Kept property with a very professional staff.

The hotel is 4 minutes away from the airport, yet you cannot hear the planes when they fly bye, your definitely getting your rest. The breakfast buffet taste great . The staff are very nice from the night shuttle driver and the morning staff from the buffet bar. Front desk can do better.
