Had a wonderful dental experience this morning, possibly for the first time in my life. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor, everyone was professional, gentle, positive, upbeat and accommodating. Dr. Reid sets the tone of warmth and lightheartedness for the whole office and her staff follow suit! Her confidence is reassuring and I felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

I love Riviera Beach Dental when I walk in receptionist is exceptional so pleasant beautiful smile. My experience in the back was excellent. I would highly recommend anyone. Dr Reid so cute and sweet always make me laugh.

The staff, including Dr. Reid, at Riviera Dental were super kind and patient throughout my short visit on June 3, 2022. Dr. Reid is the ultimate professional with impeccable bedside manners. She talked to me and treated me like I mattered. Once the issue(s) was/were identified and the possible outcomes were discussed she left it entirely in my hands as to what and when the next step would be taken. There was absolutely no pressure as long as I had a clear understanding of the situation. Also I felt confident that Dr. Reid had my best interests in mind. Riviera Dental is an amazing place. From the front door to the exam chair, I was greeted with a friendly smile. The staff works like a well oiled machine. I am beyond impressed with the work I had done. Dr. Karen is well educated and experienced. She offered me a reasonable and affordable payment plan. My teeth looks great! 🥰

Dr. Reid and staff are very polite, friendly and professional. They are excellent at what they do, from the front desk right to the examine room. I have been going there for 17 years and their service is nothing but excellent.

I took my 2 daughters here today and had a wonderful experience. The staff there were professional and warm. The process smooth. The environment clean. It’s rather homely and welcoming. The guys that cared for my girls where patient with them and transparent. You can tell they genuinely love and have experience with children. I felt really comfortable with trusting them with my families dental care.

Great visit for a fitting for a crown. Dr. Reid is always exceptional. I especially appreciated the time and attention to detail the dental assistant exemplified in fitting me for a temporary crown. Great customer service.

I am a terrible dental patient. Childhood trauma with a rough dentist left me fearful my entire life. That fear has kept me from visiting a dentist on a regular schedule. I had an old broken tooth that became infected. I had to see a dentist, no choice. My neighbor recommended Riviera Dental. I'm so grateful he did. I had an appointment with Dr. Reid today . She was superb in every way. Her communication was terrific and her bedside manner is exceptional. Genuinely compassionate. Her staff is top notch. Caring, kind, patient, gentle, and professional. Perfect. I had the first dental experience of my adult life that left me feeling good...and she pulled out a tooth! I'm amazed how well my appointment went. Dr.Reid took great care of me. I have other work to be done but I'm not dreading it, and that's not happened in 50 years. Thank you so much, all of you, for all you did for me today. My favorite office. Attentive, caring, thorough and affordable. They always take of me and make sure that everything is going well. Dr Reid is amazing and so is her staff. Dulce is my favorite hygienist in the world.
