I asked for domestic and they sold me import. They took it back when I discovered the issue. I also have gotten damaged plywood included in some orders. Buyer beware and make sure you check upon delivery or pickup because they will include damaged goods. Also make sure you have a receipt if you want to return something otherwise you are SOL. Warehouse help is very good and quick about helping load materials

Horrible manager treats you differently based on who you are how long you been there and where you from they don’t treat you equally driver said the manager report to the main guy and talk behind employees back so you can’t really defend yourself by time you know what’s going on is already to late also said that nobody’s stay working in the warehouse for very long and always people comes and goes quick and nobody’s care for anyone but themselves warehouse job requires minimum of 2 people and I was doing all that myself until I realized that they took advantage of me and finally they push me out the door also warehouse is full of termites and the solution to that was get the blower and blow all that stuff out the door twice a day that way customers can’t see what’s really happening behind the doors.

Horrible customer service always seem too busy for you and frustrated. Prices seem reasonable but can get better plenty other places with better service. I will not bother giving them my thousands anymore.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Sent my guys there at 3pm to get a $1000 in plywood and they said sorry we close at 330 and 2 people are ahead of you. What a joke

THEY WILL KNOWINGLY SELL YOU WOOD WITH ISSUES - HAPPILY COLLECT YOUR CASH THEN SAY OH THE WOOD FROM CHINA.
LOWLIFE BUSINESS. LOST OVER $800 AND EXTRA WEEK OF WORK USING BAD WOOD THAT I NOW KNOW WAS FROM CHINA.
ALSO BEWARE THINGS ARE NEVER THE SAME PRICE TWICE.

I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE STATE

Terrible service been buying feom them for a couple years 3 times out of 5 they mess something up and they seel you something just to tell you they dont have it.. then to top it off they give you attitude like if its your fault

Horrible service and unhappy people I get there and they talk to me like if I’m wasting there time. Been buying from them for 3 years now and they always mess something up especially the short guy in the front desk. Will never go back again that’s for sure

Lars could not come through with cabinet order as promised. When the pieces did come in, two pieces were wrong. Very disappointed with management.
