I had a few bumps in the road at first that all got fixed fast. A year later my car is still rolling the way it was when I first got it and I love it .The staff especially Maria are very helpful definitely made my first car buying experience something to remember

Well I am a customer now and I can say this is THE WORST place ever to rent a car from. The owner is so rude and disrespectful. I got my SUV from them and not even 24 hours later my Service engine light came on. I sat at they shop for 8 hours to let they mechanic Fix the problem. To find out 2 days later that the problem wasn't fix and more is wrong with the car. It rains in my car I can't even go through a drive through car wash my floors are so wet and stank my rotors or bad I have roasts bad Went back to the car place the owner told me to come back Thursday or Friday couldn't make it Thursday but went first thing Friday morning he said he had a lot of cars come back Tuesday and a real rude and nasty way. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! And to edit this my Warranty is up Saturday but he told me to come back Tuesday to get my car fix and that will be after my warranty. We all know how this turn out!

I am a customer of Splish Splash Auto. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! They rig the car to work enough through purchase. Once you get the car off there lot all hell breaks lose. They prolong the repair until after the 30 day warranty, then, they charge you for the repairs they never fixed. The Lady in the office is rude and will lie on you. They will take your money because eventually you will have to bring the car back or it will breakdown all together. Do not, I repeat do not DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

U received a call informing me that my account was up for repo today. However, I have been making my payments as agreed. The secretary maria stole $2044 of my money by either applying incorrectly or pocketing funds. Have 3 kids and during covid-19, these people are handling accounts wrong. Get a email the week prior that they lost their lease and payments can be made on some online account i have never heard of. Then to get this sort of information, ridiculous. I have told Maria for months that she was not entering my payments in correctly with no results apparently. If repoed.....go to court for theft Maria. This place is terrible.

This is the worst place ever. I had a car for 2 weeks the timing belt went out while on 95. I called the tow truck. The tow truck driver said how long i had the car i said 2 weeks he said the car will be close to $2,000 or better to fix. I called Splash they said oh we dont fix that. The tow driver even tried ralking to them. They were rude and nasty.

I had my car for two months and the transmission went out horrible experience I suggest nobody gets cars from this company.
