Skilled, knowledgeable professionals. I wish I would’ve found Ace marine first. After dealing with three shade tree mechanics I finally found them and they were able to fix my motor perfectly. It runs just the way it supposed to after others told me that it would never be able to run good. I highly recommend Ace. My motor is tuned to perfection. So happy I found a good mechanic thank you Ace.

Being an inexperience boater I had few problems with it, the last one my motor blew up. Since day one, my first phone call was answered by Billy, the owner of Ace Marine. For all the times I've called never missed a pick up from Bill. He is a professional of his trade. Not only that, he treated my like I was somebody, somebody that need help and he was there in every step of the way helping me on my ignorance. He even came with me to check motors to replace the bad one. His input was invaluable. As a result here I am today enjoying my boat every weekend with my family. And for a fraction of the cost any were else.
And I can't forget Mike, the other professional of Ace Marine. He always explained to me different things all new to me about the boat. He is such a sweet person, a professional, a great guy.
Don't need to say Ace Marine is my place of choice for my boat needs. Also the place were I feel treated like a person by honest people.

Anchored out in Lake Worth on a cruising sailboat after coming down the coast from the Chesapeake Bay and almost immediatly got stranded when my dinghy engine quit running! Called Bill and he offered to pick the motor up if I could get it ashore. The next day, I got towed ashore by a friend and delivered the engine to the shop mid day. Mike got right on it and said it might be a couple of days which sounded awesome. About 4 that afternoon, got a call saying my engine was done! Unbelievable service, very fair prices and the motor runs better than it's ever run! Can't reccomend these guys enough!!

All good things to say about my first experience with Ace Marine. Billy showed up on a Saturday, he had the problem diagnosed in about 2 minutes (bad ignition switch), he briefly left to get a new one and was back and had the problem fixed in no time. He also gave me several recommendations and things I could do to take good care of my outboard. I will definitely being calling Ace Marine with any future outboard issues.

Billy is an asset to anyone who has an older boat motor as he has an extensive bank of old motors and parts and he really knows his stuff. He is a seasoned mechanic and works on old and new motors of all kinds.
I highly recommend him as a first stop if you have a boat motor need.

Billy is the most honest mechanic I've come across. I have a small tiller motor and thought I ruined it. He checked it out, quickly diagnosed the problem, billed me for 1hr labor plus parts. No frills, no b/s, and got me back on the sandbar quickly. What more can you ask for?

When you are a cruiser stranded in bad weather with a dog needing to get to shore it is stressful to have your outboard die. My husband called Bill who suggested to try various interventions to try and troubleshoot it. He was even willing to come get the outboard to help- on a Saturday!
On the third troubleshooting trick Bill said try one more time doing this.....It worked!
If you ever need outboard work this guy knows his stuff. We are just passing through but will tell everyone we know how great he was. We have a couple of bigger issues on our sailboat we are also dealing with-sure wish Bill was the man for these fixes. Thank you Bill. May you always have great karma.

I bought my boat from a less than honest guy and I over paid for it, my fault. Motor blew on its second time in the water. Found water in the cylinders. In a panic i called around, of course on a Saturday, and no one answered the phone except Bill with Ace marine outboard motor repair. He gave me great advise on how to possibly mitigate any further damage before I could trailer my boat to his shop. I probably called the poor guy 5 times through the weekend and he always answered or called right back.
Anways, I brought the boat to him on Monday. He assessed the damages by the next day and gave me the bad news. Top of the motor had to be rebuilt. Way way better price any other shop quoted me over the phone and what my uncle said it should cost. I agreed with the price and presto! Three days later the top of my motor was rebuilt! Not only that he threw in a tune up on the carb, fluids changed (even the lower unit) and a new part for my fuel water separator. I can't say enough good things about Bill and Ace Outboard Motor Repair. To have bought a boat from someone so terrible and to have found someone so honest is kind of ironic but things happen for a reason! Dont take you boat anywhere eles. You will thank me later!

Ace was great! Got my boat right in. They charged me exactly what they quoted and was done 3 days faster then expected!
