Those girls help me a lot with my new phone, they super kinda and sweet... I will definitely come back there.

Everyone was very helpful and explained the process of my new phone purchase and transfer.

The young lady at the desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me reconnect my phone and had a positive attitude through the entire transaction and was even singing and dancing to the music which I found quite pleasant!

Great customer service, positive attitude, knowledgeable & that big smile on their face was a plus, definitely recommend.

Good cyst service

This is my first time visiting this store because I usually pay online for my phone. When I walked in there was a gentleman before activating a new phone. I asked if she could take a moment and allow me to pay my bill because it only takes a min to do so. The woman working maybe of Latina decent became very combative. She told me being in the same line of work I should understand 1st come 1st serve...Which working at Waffle House I do, but I also understand that when one thing is going to take a long time something else that is quick can be done at the same time. She was rude about my questions and very stand offish. Even laughed with the customer at my missforunte.

Two hispanic women in there have no customer service skills. terrible.

Between looking for the galaxy s20 they do not have it ok, then I asked for the ihpone12 as they sell it but they do not offer me another but sorry they do not have it
