I wanted to support a local
business and I have to say, I lucked out. My sofa was a disaster. Stanley Steamer couldn't do the job of removing the stains as well as Jordan did. This team is a class act, showed up on time, efficient, and got the job done. And the price was very fair. They even did a little extra which was unexpected and appreciated and it made an huge difference. My 10 yr old sofa looks brand new. Worthy of this five star review. Use them!

The whole process went very smoothly. They showed up promptly, and were professional and courteous. The carpet I had cleaned is not new and was in pretty bad condition. They did a great job! The carpets are way less stained and 100% cleaner. Considering the age and condition of the carpet they exceeded my expectations. I am pleased with their work and would use them again.

I am very picky and I couldn’t be happier with the cleaning Biosteam Carpet did. Justin came the day I called him. He gave me a timeframe and called me on his way over. He is extremely professional, hard working and pays attention to detail. He pointed out spots to me that I didn’t see, got difficult stains out, and his prices were competitive. Justin and his team are incredible! Seamless experience from initial communication, quoting, and completing the job. They accommodated all my requests and were the best deal and quality compared to other companies. The furniture looks almost brand new, even after years of heavy use, not to mention how fresh it feels to know it’s clean and sanitized. They cleaned and protected our outdoor furniture cushions as well. Hands down a superb company who delivers incredible service.

Justin cleaned our carpets at our retail store. Few days later some spots reappeared due to our prior attempts to clean them ourselves, staining the carpet further. Justin came by and reapplied cleaning product and kept in contact to make sure the stains were gone for good.

Justin was very personable and knowledgeable. Our carpet was badly stained and we feared it couldn’t be thoroughly cleaned. He was able to remove all the stains and it looks brand new. We would totally recommend him.

Justin was amazing! He came promptly to clean old carpets for my aging stepfather. He actually did another visit to ensure they were perfectly done.

I called BioSteam Carpet after finding them on a google search. Our light colored leather sofa had a dark “dirt” stain on it. Jordan came to the rescue but honestly told us that he wasn’t sure he could get it clean any better. He said it was just wear & tear on the leather. We went ahead with the cleaning anyway…and although the spot came a bit lighter, he was really able to clean the balance well. I appreciate his honesty & attention to detail. I would definitely use this company again.

Jordan did a great job specially on hard to clean areas on all pale furniture and carpet. Hope he’s there next year for my call!
