Coolinary and the Parched Pig

I came here for the first time for a mixology class. It was absolutely incredible! The food samplings they gave us along with the various cocktails were fantastic! I loved the decor and the staff did an amazing job for this event! I can't wait to return!

The food here is sensational! You can tell that this place focuses on flavor and quality in their dishes as well as their drinks. An example is the fish soup— I would never think to put olives in with a fish stew but now I never want it any other way! The cocktails are adorable. Totally Instagram-worthy! This restaurant made me feel like a lush and I’m fine with it! Wish I could order the entire menu!! They have some sort of capacity policy going on at the bar where if it’s full then you have to wait outside but you can order a drink and come back out. Some people weren’t very happy about it but I think it’s reasonable. Just dress appropriately since you may wait outside a few min. I do feel the ambiance was lackluster compared to the food. But, I don’t mind the trade off. There are fake dried flower things on the tables that just seem like an afterthought as well as a dust collector. It’s not that hard to put a fresh stem in a small vase. Or nothing at all. That said, this place could look like a shack and I’d be back for more delicious menu items. Highly recommend this The Parched Pig to anyone who values flavor.

Had a great meal . Burger was great. Chicken and waffles was good also.

Oh my goodness!!! It was our first time here and it won't be our last! Started with whipped feta, shares the chicken and waffles and beer salad and Brussels. So much food! Wine was half off!! Ended with a scrumptious bourbon maple bread pudding. Amazing! A little loud which was why I didn't give atmosphere five stars. Otherwise delish. Make reservations!!

We came her for the first time tonight. Incredible, the staff were so fun to watch! Kudos to the manager, you have staff that truly look like they enjoy their job! The bartenders are great! We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing little gem! We ordered 4 cocktails and every one was phenomenal. They clearly spent a lot of time and energy making every drink. The food was also shockingly good! I never expect too much in terms of food from a cocktail bar, but I would definitely recommend. The fish dip wasn’t too creamy/Mayo-y and the cauliflower focaccia OMG 🤤

What a treat!!! I have been here twice and I had a great experience every time! Definitely try the roasted olives!!!! So good! It has a really good happy hour and small plate options. Oysters are always fresh and tasty 👌

This was my first time here, with group of 12 friends for happy hour. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and delicious meals. The service was awesome, the hostess was very nice and helped in accommodating our seating from inside to outside tables. Our server Keith was awesome! We will certainly be back.

Great drink menu and wonderful appetizers. One of the best burgers around.

Consistently great. Apps and cocktails terrific. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Always have a Canadian east coast or Maine oysters to contrast the New Englanders. Awaiting pacific NW Kumamotos or similar. Guess I just have to keep coming back weekly. Twist my arm.

Fresh cold water oysters and inventive craft cocktails. We snagged a table and called a couple of friends who joined us.

The food was excellent except the fried chicken sandwich, it was a bit too salty for me. The waiters, amazing, they all had great suggestions and the Happy Hour was to die for! Except I wish it was a bit longer. We had the Big Charcuterie Board, Oysters, Chicken sandwich, pepperoni rolls, the dolphin Ceviche was excellent. The drinks, Old Fashions were amazing. Omg dessert, the Carrot Cake Waffles were so good, but for the price they should have included 4 instead of just 2.

Excellent price during Happy Hour. The cocktails were delicious and the Mac and cheese was out of this world!! I highly recommend The Parched Pig!!

This place is a true gem. Every item on the menu is absolutely delicious. They serve smaller plates, which I like, so you can get more of a variety. They serve a rotating variety of local and other nice craft beers plus a huge selection of bottled beer and wine. The staff is really nice and the bartenders know how to make really good cocktails. The Caipirinha is the best I've had. Great happy hour but closed on Sundays.

Same review as what I wrote for Coolinary (I figured they are the same). Literally the best eating and drinking experience of my life, from the apps through to dessert!

Wonderful small plate options and fabulous craft cocktails!! I had the chili pork tacos and they were just the right amount of spice! I tried two different craft cocktails from two different bartenders amd they were both delicious and perfectly crafted! Will definitely be returning. 😊

I would say hidden secret, but place was full at 430pm. Im sure it was for the $1 oysters on Mondays which were good. Had the sasarack which was better then New Orleans. Sorry for photo as I was too excited to eat the oysters

Always a great vibe here. Staff is incredible!.
