The UPS Store

I’ve had mailboxes at several UPS Mailboxes locations throughout my business career, and store 3563 in Jupiter is by far the best. Joseph, the manager, is knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you receive great service. They always have enough staff on hand to handle the incoming customers, which can be a problem at some other UPS stores. Highly recommend store 3563.

I was able to ship my package within five minutes. The staff are kind, helpful, and efficient. In addition, the store offers all sorts of goods and services, like printing, packaging, and mailboxes. Although it is definitely more expensive than USPS, I would ship through here instead of waiting in line at the post office any day! Will definitely come back.

Great location. I'm not sure the young mans name that is the notary there, he's got a few tattoos, but he is an outstanding employee. I waited for 15 mins while an irate customer was giving the notary employee a hard time for something out of his control. The notary remained calm and patient with the irate customer and was professional the whole time. If he's not in management, he should be. I will continue to use this location.

The staff is always working hard to keep things moving quickly. All the negative reviews here are just bitter rude customers. This place gets busy because it’s a great location. I’ve had zero issues with returns or deliveries. Highly recommend this location. Been coming here for >3 years.

I've dropped off a few prepaid and pay in person packages here and never had to wait and never had any problems with the helpful staff. One time I had a huge, heavy exercise machine to ship and they gave me a dolly to move from my car to the store. Parking is free in a huge Publix parking lot. One of the better UPS stores.

This locations is always nice to visit very fast service the three younger crew working afternoons are very nice always busy running around but they always greet you and wish a nice days to every person in line they have a nice vibe in there music playing and they work super fast love them 👍🏼

I drop-off and send packages from here once in a while. The service is always with a smile although it's always new people every time I come here. As long as you have your own box prices are comparable to USPS but I trust UPS over USPS as they have lost multiple letters I have sent over the years.

I arrived at the store at rush hour and it was busy but there were 4 workers helping customers and after me waiting for 10 seconds a fifth worker asked me if I have a drop off. I gave him the packages , without me asking he printed the receipts for the return boxes and I was in and out in a few minutes. Looking at the reviews I thought I will spend at least 30 minutes but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

Rob went above and beyond to help me with mg shipment! He is customer service, focused, and professional!! He exceeded my expectations.

I love coming to this UPS location. There is always this really nice guy there who is always so helpful.

My go to place for shipping, staff is always helpful and quick. I will pay a little extra to avoid the post office.

This is definitely the best UPS store in South Florida that I know of and we happen to have it right here in Jupiter. There is always people to help you in there because they don’t skimp on the staff. And I use it all the time because I’m an eBayer and an Amazon customer.
