This was our first major purchase towards a higher level instrument. Alice was here the whole time making sure all of our needs and requirements were met. I can not recommend her enough. She is truly passionate about the art and gave us the best experience possible. Her recommendations and assistance made this truly a flawless trip. Payment was a breeze and I would recommend this to anyone, especially new and up coming instrumentalists.

2. Visited the place and can see lot of string instruments 🎸 for rental and buy
3. Most of students rent as it’s aligned to their interests
4. Rental plan with accident damage price is good compared to Music 🎶 & arts shop
5. Customer service is good too

I've started taking adult violin lessons at Chun strings and I am very pleased with my instructor Anne and with the great service that Miss Kim and Alice provide. Everyone is very helpful and friendly here and I always feel welcomed.

I've had a great experience every time I've stopped by. I purchased my first violin from Alice about a month ago and stopped by today with a question and not only did she address me by name but the next 3 people who entered as well. Service like what's provided at this business is hard to come by

I totally forgot the young lady who helped us upon entering, but we greeted will and they had all the supplies my son needed for his violin in stock. I also love the precaution the store took during Covid-19. I almost forgot to mention this location is beautiful. Very scenic! They have a tennis court among other sports activities on their site.

Excellent service! Alice is so patient and explains everything to make sure the customer understands the rental. We have been renting for a few years now and will always go back.

I needed bows for kids' instruments at the last minute. David was very courteous in guiding me through the purchase and was in and out fast during busy hours. I would recommend this place for high quality products and service! It also helps that it's near home so it's convenient.

Personal favorite Ronald Sachs location, employees are kind and friendly. The Manager Anthony Hong, does an exception job at taking and fixing instruments. Also, very high quality instruments, no doubt about it.

Staff is always welcoming and polite.

Don't try to rent a Bass from them.

I called for my wife, on the recommendation of our son's orchestra teacher no less, to rent a Bass (1/2) so he wouldn't have to lug his instrument to and from school.

After calling Roland Sachs Violins and asking several questions about their rent to own programs, we decided to fill out the form and put our banking information into their system. Even though they were a bit more expensive than their competitors.

Just one problem: from Wednesday to Friday, they decided Roland Sachs no longer rents Bass instruments... Even though you can still order one on their website, giving th your banking information. I would not trust a company that has decided to waffle on their own policies.

We have secured a Bass from one of their competitors so I do not mind burning this bridge. I am sure they are fine for smaller, instruments.
