Amped Fitness (St Petersburg)

Staff is great. Gym is convenient and affordable. Only request I’d place given the opportunity would be to change the cleaning solution to something fragrance free… I’m sure plenty of people enjoy the fresh clean scent but for me it irritates my allergies. Only noticeable in the mornings after cleaning and isn’t it great they clean so grain of salt ☺ 🙌🏻.. it’s very easy to avoid or be quick in those areas.

Truly caring, realistic, and motivational people. Lauren, Steve, Alexis, Alex, and so many others keep people going during the hardest of times. I have NEVER been a gym person, and I actually look forward to getting in there. There are all shapes and sizes here, all showing up for the same goal, to be better than yesterday.

This Gym is small but has everything one could need. My favorite and most helpful employee is Steve. Always puts a smile on the clients faces and is always encouraging those around him. Can’t think of a better Gyms manager in my time training (12 years) - if you want good people and not an overcrowded madhouse then this Amped is the place.

Just an easy place to workout. Machines, weights and cardio machines but no classes. Door access is easy 24/7 via an app. Most of the people there are just there to get a good workout; so not a lot of chatter or time wasting hogging the machines. Everything I was looking for in a gym; they make it easy to drop in, workout and get out.

Great gym in a convenient area! Parking lot has room, machines are kept up with and the staff is great!!

Great gym has one of everything you would need..smaller than the other locations and could use some bumper weights or oly platform in back but right in downtown St Pete perfect spot for a pump...staff always hyped!! Members when I go in the mornings are not there for Instagram stories they are they to sweat!!

Hannah, Mac, and Tyler were awesome. Hannah especially went above and beyond to help me when it came to pricing and getting me what I needed when signing up. Great staff, great pricing, friendly environment, and clean gym. 10/10 recommend. I look forward to going back.

Very nice and clean gym. Go to this twice a week. Personal training has a wonderful service. Technically open 24 hours for members. All you need is an app that you download and you can enter 24 hours would have to be a member for 24 hours. Guests are not allowed after hours.

I paid for a year with a personal trainer and I just want to thank Victor Bufano infinitely, for his dedication to me, for always being in communication, for being kind and a good person and above all for helping me improve my physical condition and making me look wonderful for my wedding day, thank you victor for bringing confidence back to me. 100% recommended

It's my first gym experience where I have a membership. So a pretty good atmosphere. Showers, lockers and pretty much everything you could want. 24hr too so if you need to get some energy out after drinking coffee too late in the day then you can get a workout in the process, regardless of time. Great for 3 shifters or night people.

I'd say 4.5 out of 5. But only for very minor cosmetic issues in the showers. Really it's 5 star after they fix that so I'm just giving 5 now.

Convenient location and very clean. I’ve been a member at several gyms throughout my life and I gotta say there is some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated staff at this gym. Kevin evaluated me for my initial assessment and I was so impressed that I signed up for consistent training (which I wasn’t planning on doing at all). I’ve had upper crossed syndrome for several years now and have seen many professionals (physical therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, etc.) but training with Jess has been so crucial in continuing to correct my muscle imbalances and learning how to properly execute the movements. Jess is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and anatomy and is always so helpful in answering all of my questions, as well as being an all around fantastic person! Thanks so much to the Amped staff!

I did a free work out trial with a personal trainer (Drea) she sat me down explained everything to me very professionally and friendly, worked out with me and showed me some awesome techniques. I 'am happy feel great and look good just from one free session. This is a special place I can go here everyday, And the jym is nice clean and affordable to everyone. Sarah is the best employee at amped fitness, always positive, encouraging, inspiring, uplifting with her words of kindness. This is a great gym. Alex is a great personal trainer and is helping me look more muscular than I did in my entire life. Victor, Mak, Maya are also excellent employees and really helpful.

Love this gym. Everyone is professional and you don't have to worry about being patronized. Everyone is working to get better st something. Staff are extremely friendly. There are no frills here, a simple and basic gym with great members.

Have been coming here for years. The staff is always super cool and the gym itself is super clean and orderly. It’s never that crowded either, even in the evening, which is awesome. Overall, a really easy gym to workout at and well worth $10 a month!
