First time using this spot and it was an absolute gem. Easily the best hand car wash I’ve ever gotten and I’ve tried multiple locations in Palm Beach. The price was extremely affordable with the Deluxe and for the first time in my cars life ALL of my German shepherds hair was vacuumed and not a single trace left behind. Service was fast, courteous, and seriously impressive quality. I will most definitely be back and recommend to friends.

This is a great place. The service is excellent and professional and friendly. However, one of the employees accidentally scratch my car while moving it in the back, BUT they attended to the situation it immediately. The owner was not on site but the employees handled the issue professionally and were genuinely apologetic. The employees assured me that the owner would pay for it. Everything regarding this issue was handled swiftly and professionally and I am very satisfied with the end result. I still go to this place every week, or more, and I do not worry about them driving my car in the back because I know that it was an accident and a rare instance. I have been using this car wash for several years and I love the membership rate and service, it is a great deal. Professional grade hand wash and I still recommend it to friends regardless of that one mishap. Thank you to all the staff and owner for taking care of my ride every week.

Quick easy and affordable in and out hand car wash. I had been coming here for a few months and I ran into a slight problem one day. I spoke to the manager Mike and he had the owner himself call me. The owner was unexpectedly courteous and without questioning me, just took care of my small issue. That was well over a year ago and I am now in their car wash club for both my cars. I go at least once a week, never wait over 10 minutes ( even for my large truck) and the staff is always awesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility. It is well run, they do a great job, and I’m in and out quickly...what else could you ask for.

Wash and wax has a great member service. You may a low monthly fee and you can get your car washed as much as you want during that month. You can go everyday if you want to. The car goes through an automated washer but there are people inside hand washing the cars as well to make sure every spot gets clean. After the wash they pull toys car around and hand dry it so there's no water spots. They always do a great job and my car looks better than when I take it anywhere else. Its definitely worth it! They also offer other services you can add on like wax, wheel shine, interior detailing. Anything you want done to clean your car they can do.

These people truly take pride in what they do! Always friendly and helpful, from the employee who greets you to the cashier to the employee who hands you back your beautiful vehicle. They don't take shotcuts and are normally very busy, but they do not short on the number of people they have working either. I think the longest I've ever waited is 10 to 15 minutes and that is extremely impressive for the volume of vehicles they turn out per hour. Like i said they do not short cut you so when you get your vehicle back it is always shiny and clean, and ready for whatever event you are headed to. I moved away for several years and when i moved back this was one of the first things i had to do... signed up for my membership and could not be happier that they are still the best detailer in town.

I’ve been coming here for years. It’s under new management as of 3 weeks ago and it’s a breath of fresh air. The manager, Darrell, personally helped me with my car before I left. And everyone from the ladies in the front to the washers outside, was impeccable. The entire lobby is redesigned and renovated. And the prices are cheaper. I’ll definitely be back more often now. The owner noticed my car had a smug on it while I was driving out and had me stop so he could personally buff it off before I left. He’s really going above and beyond for his business which is something I appreciate. My daughter enjoyed a free cookie. The overall experience was much better.

Also, my wash was cheaper than it was when it was the old ownership. The last company seemed to make up the prices. This time I paid exactly what was on the board. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

They did an amazing job. Quick and efficient and my baby came out shining like a fresh born baby. The interior building was extremely nice too. I wished I could've tipped higher but limited fund atm. Definitely will be back again and I recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent and not expensive car wash. Only $15 deluxe exterior wash with tax, 10 mins of 4 people work and car looks like new even when it was rather dirty with a lot of bugs. Washing speed like in Formula 1 and great result!

I've been to many car washes in my life. I'm sixty eight years old. I take care of my car. I belong to their wash club. Twenty five dollars a month. I can go as many times I want. They open the doors and clean sides and bottoms. They open the trunk and clean the drain track. Very nice group of people. Thank you. 👍

I have gone here over a dozen time, since I moved to North Palm Beach / Lake Park area 2.5 years ago. I normally get the basic inside and outside cleaning for $16, and they do an excellent job. The staff is always working hard to keep things moving. It is an overall great experience each time ESPECIALLY for the price you pay! Keep up the good work guys!

Best place to get your car washed around. Every seven washes you get a free wash. The attention to detail is unmatched and they do everything including the door jambs, tires, inside windows Etc. Well worth the $21 for the deluxe wash and interior clean

Excellent job! I only paid $10 for an exterior wash and they opened up all the doors and the back to dry off the inside panels. They worked quickly but efficiently. I will return!

They do the best job of any place around. I take my car there at least once a week. They have a club that lets you get unlimited washes for a monthly membership fee.

I have been visiting Wash and Wax World for years and would say their service is exceptional and reasonably priced. From the comfortable waiting area to the complimentary soft drinks, everything is always top notch. The owner, David, even offers his cell phone number to customers so they can offer feedback! This is a great family run organization.

I went with the $120 detail and my car looked brand new! Shampooed the carpet, seats, and waxed the exterior. They did a FANTASTIC job!
