Johnston & Murphy

Johnston and Murphy is an excellent brand. That being said, one of the most important aspects of any brand is customer service. I cannot say enough about Chris from this location.

I have been here a number of times and purchased a multitude of shoes. Chris greets you with a smile and energy that is unmatched. He takes time to help you find the best shoe and fit for your personal style. He makes it clear that he cares about this purchase for you as an individual. This is not something you expect when purchasing shoes.

I will admit that I do not know his exact title or position in the store. I can tell you that he is truly management potential. If he lived anywhere close to me, I would offer him a job in an instant. I recommend promoting him soon or losing him forever.

We were in the store today and Chris was AMAZING! I wasn't aware there were more women's shoes in the back. Chris gave some of the best guest service I have had in awhile. Friendly, helpful, smiling and genuine. He went over and beyond. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the outletts- I'm a local.

Awesome store, Anthony was incredibly helpful and an all around wonderful guy. Hope the Management appreciates him! Go visit him if you need anything from shoes to shirts!

Both Bianca and Wister at the Palm beach outlet store are great customer representatives, very courteous and are a great asset to the store. They went the extra mile to help us find everything that we wanted. I will give 10+ for customer service.

I recently purchased 3 pair of shoes from the company and was warmly greeted by a young lady named Bianca. Long story short, she offered to assist me. Not only did she go beyond her responsibilities, but she followed up after the sale and continues to provide me with SUPERIOR customer service that has gone beyond the call of duty. SHE IS SPECIAL!!!

Great service and huge selection. Unfortunately for me, they didn't have many in very large sizes. But on the whole a good experience.
