Palm Beach Gardens Ace Hardware

I love this location. Sure it is a bit more pricey than Home Depot or Lowes but you get actual SERVICE!!!!! The employees are always quick to ask if you need assistance and if they are unable to answer a question they locate a fellow employee who can. I will happily pay a few dollars more for the warm welcome I always receive from this location.

This is my go-to for most project items. Ace is well stocked with hardware, and I haven't been disappointed by the selection. The staff always know where each and every item is located and are very friendly and helpful.

Joe is incredibly knowledgeable in all things BBQ and I couldn't be happier with my new Napoleon grill. It is also a great feeling to support your local hometown hardware store as opposed to the big box retailers.

Great small town hardware store very friendly and has everything you need

I have been coming here for my tools and obsucre screws and ranodm handy man stuff since 2018 and it has always stays well stocked and has the most knowledgeable nad helpful staff. They have everything from gardening to motor tools to locks to random screws in unique sizes and forms all the way to plumbing items and much more.
This store is very humble and courteous and the staff even returned an item I dropped today whilst shopping and left me a voicemail as well. Not sure if you want your names broadcasted but for the young man and lady who helped me with this thank you so much! I highly recommend this neighborhood Ace Hardware. Good reliable place with down to earh real people.

You just can't compare the special service you get it Ace with the big box stores. Questions are always answered and accommodations made along with special orders. Super service and easy parking. Always a friendly hello when you walk in. Have been coming here for as long as the shopping center has been open. Yay for Mom and Pop stores.

Went to HD, went to Low, found a part that might have fit and they tryed to sell it to me for 30. No I didn't buy it. I went to my local Ace hardware off lighthouse and Altt. A1A. Not only did they help me fix my part but lent me the tools to get it done in the store. Excellent service so Helpful. Oh and the whole repair cot .30 cents. It was a blown O ring. Thank you guys ,You Rock 😎

Great experience at this Ace Hardware. I needed a special item that I could not find in the local big box stores. Thankfully Good and Reliable Ace Hardware had what I was looking for on the shelf. Great store and layout. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can always count on Ace Hardware to have what you are looking for in a pinch; I definitely recommend shopping this store if you are in Palm Beach County.

Frustrated with Home Depot or Lowes? I forgot this store was still open, I walked in and was immediately greeted by 3 employees. I asked for an item, a staff member immediately knew what I was looking for and advised me of the best way to apply it. I drove about 10 minutes out of my way back over to go to this store and still made it out in far less time than Home Depot would have taken me. While cashing out, I was asked if I was a rewards member. I was not (I am now, though) and while ringing me out she said “there’s nobody waiting, let’s go ahead and I’ll fill it out for you”.
Absolutely blown away at the fantastic service, the clientele obviously shops there regularly because everyone in the store was laughing and just a great vibe all-around. I’m telling you, this store is absolutely superior to the big box shops in every aspect. I’ll absolutely spend the gas (valuable as gold- thanks 4 NOTHING Joe Biden, idiot) to go here instead of Home Depot or Lowes’s. They are superior in every way to either one. The only reason to go to Home Depot is for large items like drywall sheets- but anything else- trust me, go shop at PBG Ace Hardware, you’ll not be sorry and you WILL thank me!

Very large store with everything....I was asked if I needed help within 5 seconds of me walking in the door....Pretty much every employee asked me if I needed help at one point.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just moved nearby and so happy to have a hardware store near me that has pretty much everything I need and can answer questions and advise me.

The store is phenomenal, and the crew has hands down the best knowledge of the products used in their area!

I've had nothing, but good experiences at Ace.It's like a local hardware 30+ years ago.People are willing to help you out, and know what there talking about.If they have h vac tools next time I go in there I'll definitely buy from them.
