We are really disappointed with the customer service. They do not provide the right documentation to transfer titles. It's been 3 months since we purchased a bucket truck, and we still don't have the documents needed for this.

very up- set with auction, was there on Friday signed in and ask what time wood chippers would be going off, was told they move 60 units per hr., unit 394 should have have been auctioned off around 12- 12-30 I got there. at 11-30 only to be told they auctioned off all the chippers already, i asked how could that be and was told the auctioneer jumped around. Very poorly run auction, I drove 3hrs to here that. they should have told me in the office on Friday they do things like that.WILL NOT BE AT ANY MORE JJ-KANES AUCTIONS

Nothing less than thieves, paid 12000 for a truck over a year ago and still no title

They decided to use a new system. If it doesn't work better then drop the system. 5 hours in line to pay is a joke.

They do not know how to treat customers with respect. Very rude people.

Horrible customer service. Not kind at all and treating customers with a bad attitude.

Had a question, Them me fill out a form then never replied why waste my time...

Incredible long wait for payment. Hours standing in line!
