Family Dental Care - West Palm Beach

My first time going to Family Dental Care and they were absolutely amazing!!! My dental hygienist, Tiffany was the best! Very gentle, knowledgeable and walked me through the process. The dentist followed up shortly after discussing my dental plan. I would highly recommend this dental office! They offer extended office hours which is very helpful. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for the great service Tiffany and team! From the front desk staff to the dentist—-they were friendly affordable, and definitely right on point! Much appreciated!!!!!

Gina the Receptionist was great ,very helpful and kind. The entire staff and attending Dentist were warm, friendly and informative. It's a great place to go to. Every time I go there I'm treated with courtesy and respect ....professional operation . My dental hygienist was very professional and efficient. Top notch people..

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The dentist and staff are very professional, patient, and caring. I felt the warm and welcoming environment the moment I walked in the front door. I scheduled a tooth extraction and had the procedure explained to me step by step and with pain relief. As a new customer who work in customer service I was very impressed and I would highly recommend this dental office if you value your dental health and well being.

My first time there, and was a pleasant experience. Dr. Trivedi and his assistant Chabeli made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my procedure.

The entire staff at this office is absolutely incredible! Mrs. Pickens went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and was able to get me in for a cleaning appointment with Isa right away. I was so impressed with how efficiently the office ran and my appointment with the hygienist started right on time. Isa was amazing, so thorough and efficient in her cleaning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the whole staff for making my visit so pleasant!

Went to Family Dental in West Palm today for the first time and am so happy I found them! I am very particular about my choice of dentist as my Dad and all my uncles were dentists. Sujay Trivedi was fantastic and the entire staff were super friendly. More importantly, they cleaned my teeth meticulously, and never tried to charge me for services I didn't need, as my last dentist did every time I had an appointment...the finance rep would speak to me almost every time...the amount of money they charged me for services I didn"t need is shameful. So if you are looking for a great dentist, with a beautiful and clean office, who cares about you and is priced reasonably, check out Family Dental Care! Highly recommend them!!

I had a got a great experience with the front desk ( by Tiara), with the cleaning process (by Tiffany) and with the consultation and recommendations from the Doctor (Dr. Sujay Trivedi).
And, as a first patient, they offered me a free cleaning and X-rays. I highly recommend them and I will be back for sure !

Great service with a welcoming, Friendly atmosphere. The employees are highly experienced with a gentle touch. I could barely feel it when they cleaned my teeth. They are up front about cost. No hidden fees, and they are affordable. So glad I found this place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Wait time before consultation or treatment is minimal. That is a great feature of the office that I love. I feel like everyone cares about the patients he/ she serves.

I am not from the area but a emergency led me to find this office and I am grateful I did. I walked in with a tremendous amount of tooth pain and just over an hour later walked out feeling brand new. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful, 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Westcott and his entire staff are the best around. My wife and I have been patient’s for over 20 years. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Everyone is friendly, caring, courteous and maintain the highest degree of professionalism. 5 stars!

Very convenient timing, they have hours that works for everyone, the wait time is never long, and the dental hygienist is very nice, cordial, educates and give compliments all at same time. I love the staff.

I called this place day one of my vacation because I discovered a cracked molar at breakfast. Before lunch they had me shipshape. The staff is very friendly and my dentist was a G. Couldn’t recommended this place enough.
