Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. None of the ticket machines worked and one took my money but didn’t give me a card. Only one person working behind the counter with a huge line and she said she couldn’t do anything. The lady by the machines also said she couldn’t do anything. Tons of customers unable to buy a card and multiple rude workers standing around not helping. Please fix this issue and hire people who want to help customers.
